Itinerary

DAY 1 - Arrive Auckland

  • On arrival in Auckland, be transferred to your hotel.
  • In the evening, visit Sky Tower - an observation and telecommunications tower located at the corner of Victoria and Federal Streets in the Auckland CBD, Auckland, New Zealand
  • Stay overnight at your hotel in Auckland.

DAY 2 - Auckland - Waitomo Caves – Rotorua (370 Kms) (B)

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check-out and proceed towards Rotorua via Waitomo Caves.
  • Take an exciting tour through the caves where you can witness Waitomo’s glowworms, take a boat ride through a grotto and have expert guides tell you about the historical and geological significance of the caverns.
  • After the tour, continue over the Mamaku Ranges to reach the ‘Thermal City’ of Rotorua.
  • Stay overnight at your hotel in Rotorua.

DAY 3 - Rotorua (B)

  • Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at your hotel.
  • Depart for a half day tour of Rotorua. Visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve of boiling mud pools and roaring geysers, then the Rainbow Springs Nature Park filled with New Zealand’s trout, birds and wildlife.
  • Continue to the Agrodome for a taste of New Zealand’s pastoral life with a farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations, cow milking and an introduction to the sheep industry.
  • Stay overnight at your hotel in Rotorua.

DAY 4 - Rotorua – Auckland (B)

  • After breakfast at your hotel, check – out and transfer to Auckland.
  • Enjoy City Tour of Auckland including the War Memorial Museum, the Harbor Bridge and Sky Tower, the tallest structure in the southern hemisphere.
  • Enjoy Stay overnight at your hotel in Auckland.

DAY 5 - Auckland – Queenstown (B)

  • Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
  • Proceed to Auckland airport to board your flight to Queenstown (Flights not included).
  • On arrival at Queenstown, check – in to the hotel.
  • Spend the rest of day at leisure.
  • Stay overnight at your hotel in Queenstown.

DAY 6 - Queenstown - Milford Sound Cruise (B)

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  • Travel to Milford which hugs the shores of Lake Wakatipu. Go through wind turbines, deer farms and rural farmland before reaching Lake Te Anau, the Gateway to Fiordland.
  • Board a cruise out to the Tasman Sea.
  • After the cruise, sit back and enjoy the view from the coach on the return journey to Queenstown.
  • Stay overnight at your hotel in Queenstown.

DAY 7 - Queenstown (B)

  • Enjoy wide spread for breakfast at the hotel
  • Experience the thrilling jet boat ride and the steepest lift in the Southern Hemisphere – Skyline Gondola with a Luge Ride.
  • Stay overnight at your hotel in Queenstown.

DAY 8 - Queenstown - Mt Cook - Tekapo – Christchurch (B)

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  • Transfer to Christchurch via Mt Cook and Lake Tekapo.
  • On arrival at Christchurch, spend the rest of your day exploring the city on your own.
  • Stay overnight at your hotel in Christchurch.

DAY 9 - Christchurch Depart (B)
