Itinerary

DAY 1 - Arrive Nairobi (D)

  • Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and transfer to your hotel.
  • Rest of the day is at leisure.
  • Overnight stay and dinner at your hotel in Nairobi.

DAY 2 - Nairobi – Masai Mara (300 KM – 05.30 HRS) (B, L, D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Masai Mara
  • Drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This enormous reserve is part of the vast Serengeti plains, famous for their wildebeest migration, and are home to the Big Five.
  • The renowned Mara Game Reserve is home to large mammals that are varied and easy to see. Residents among the parks are Masai giraffes, buffalos, elands and thousands of plain games including impalas, zebra, topi and gazelles.
  • Overnight stay and dinner at your lodge in Masai Mara.

DAY 3 - Masai Mara National Game Reserve (B, L, D)

  • Proceed for a morning game – viewing drive. If you are lucky, you can witness an animal kill in action.
  • Arrive back to enjoy breakfast at the lodge.
  • Later, take an OPTIONAL visit to Masai village to interact with the people of the Masai tribe and learn about their history, culture, and lifestyle. You can also indulge in some shopping of their local handicrafts.
  • After a sumptuous lunch at your lodge, proceed for another exciting game drive.
  • Overnight stay and dinner at your lodge in Masai Mara.

DAY 4 - Masai Mara – Nairobi – Depart (270 KM – 05.00 HRS) (B)

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, drive to Nairobi.
  • Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your flight to onwards destination or back to India with memories which will last a life time.

  • Private transportation in a Customised Seven-Seater Safari Minivan (non-ac) with pop-up roof for easy game viewing & photography.

  • Expenses of personal nature, mineral water, mini bar in the room, laundry, telephone bills, tips, gratuities etc.

  • Any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date including change in price owing to fluctuation in the rate of exchange.
  • Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays, excess baggage, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, war, airline or hotel policies etc.

Terms and conditions

  • The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet. All services such as airline seats, ground arrangements are blocked once initial deposit is made by clients.
  • Infant cost may be chargeable in a few hotels.
  • Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events, Festivals, Trade fairs, Blackout dates, Weekends, etc. (For E.g.: Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, etc)
  • It is Mandatory for the guests to have Yellow Fever Vaccination 10 days prior to their arrival back to India and Polio Vaccination 45 days prior to their departure from India.
  • It is important to notice that various service providers may impose special terms and conditions regarding deposits, payments, and cancellation fees and / or refunds from time to time. All reservations would be subject to these additional conditions.
  • You will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractors / service providers such as hotels, airlines, ground transportation vendors, etc.
  • Tours and transfers depart strictly as per time mentioned on final itinerary. Please note as no delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late, the tour or transfer will depart without client. You are required to be punctual and adhere to the time-lines of the tour and of the contractors / service providers. If you are not punctual, you could miss your flight, your coach, your meals etc. No refunds will be provided, and alternative arrangements will be an extra cost.
  • All transfers quoted are ‘direct’ transfers – any stops or deviations en route will attract a supplement cost.
  • Seat-in-Coach Tour / Transfer pick-up & drop off point depends on hotel location, if hotel is outside of pick-up zone, clients will have to make own arrangements to reach the designated pick-up and drop off points. You must report to your departure point at least 15 minutes prior to your tour starting time.
  • Private surcharge would be applicable for tours and transfers which do not suit Seat-in-Coach timings.
  • No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
  • Extra bed could be separate beds / sofa cum bed / rollaway bed. It is as per Hotel Policy and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Guests requiring wheelchair assistance will have to make their own arrangements. Additional charges will be applicable.
  • Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
  • On certain days, due to some unavoidable conditions we may sometimes amend/ reverse the itinerary. However, all the services/ inclusions will remain the same.
  • Timings and schedules will be subject to change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
  • Issuance of visa is solely under the discretion of the Consulates / Embassies. Our role is to assist you in submission of visa and guide you with the formalities. We do not hold any responsibility in case of any rejection of visas. Cancellation policy will be still applicable even if the visas get rejected.
  • Please check all inclusions as any additions will occur in extra charges.
  • All/Any expenses passengers might incurred due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, etc. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance. We merely act a service broker and do not accept any liability.
  • We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
  • It is customary for certain hotels to request a credit-card deposit upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. Unused funds will be refunded upon check-out. Some hotels may accept a cash deposit in lieu, but this cannot be guaranteed. It is the client’s duty to reverse the credit card charge on check out.
  • The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. According to occupancies hotels are subject to change. We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standard. The difference in cost is payable extra.
  • From the options available for hotels against respective hotel category, we can only take requests for a certain hotel. However final decision to offer the hotel will rest with us.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. Fuel Increases, Government Regulations, Government Levies, Duties, etc.
  • Any requests such as (Interconnecting Room, Adjacent Rooms, Rooms on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed/ twin bed, floor map, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc.) is subject to availability on first come first serve basis up on your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel to assign. However we will request this for you as priority.
  • Most hotels Check In time is between 1500-1600hrs & Check Out time is between 1000-1100hrs and varies from hotel to hotel. If necessary we will request an early check in or late checkout but this is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check – in, please pre-book your stay for the previous night and for guaranteed late check – out, please pre-book your stay for the next night.
  • Baggage allowed is 1 medium sized suitcase and one handbag person.
  • Passport should be valid up to six months from the date of return.
  • All Rates are valid for Indian Passport Holders.
  • Luggage
  • PLEASE be reminded to inform your clients that the luggage allowance on our schedule flights is strictly 15KGS PER PERSON and that SOFT BAGS are highly recommended, if not essential. In light aircraft the baggage area and weight allowance is limited. Hard Samsonite type suitcases do not fit into the cargo compartment easily, if at all. Due to limited space available for storage in safari vehicles, we strongly recommend use soft duffle bags rather than hard suitcases.
  • Transportation
  • Safari Minibuses, Cars, Land Cruisers and coaches will be provided according to the route and number of participants. We reserve the right to employ services of sub-contractors. Multi-lingual driver guides are provided on request.
  • For flying packages, clients will share vehicles with other guests booked at the hotel. For exclusive use, please check with us for supplements, which will be subject to availability.
