DAY 1 - Arrive Brisbane – Gold Coast

  • Arrive at Brisbane Airport and transfer to Gold Coast.
  • Check-in at the hotel and relax. (Early check-in is not guaranteed).
  • Rest of the day is at leisure to explore on own.
  • Overnight stay at your hotel in Gold Coast.

DAY 2 - Gold Coast –Movie World (B)

  • Breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a full day of fun at Warner Brothers ‘Movie World’ where movie magic happens every day.
  • It is the only Australian movie-related theme park. From heart thumping thrill rides like the Green Lantern Roller Coaster, Batwing Spaceshot, Superman Escape and Wild West Falls. To colourful Kids’ WB! Fun Zone! area incorporating all your favourite Looney Tunes Characters including Bugs Bunny and Tweety.
  • Take adventure to the next level with the Justice League Alien Invasion, to the laugh-a-minute antics of the larger than life characters appearing throughout the park daily!

DAY 3 - Gold Coast - Sea World (B)

  • Today we transfer to Sea World, to discover a world of fun and adventure.

DAY 4 - Gold Coast – Brisbane / Gold Coast Airport – Hamilton Island (B)

  • Later checkout and transfer to either Brisbane / Gold Coast Airport to board your flight to Hamilton.
  • Arrive Hamilton Island Airport and take the courtesy transfer to your Resort.
  • Check-in and relax. Evening is free at leisure.

  • Depart for a morning half day City tour of Sydney. See Darling Harbor and Cockle Bay, cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge. See the beautiful beach that has contributed to Manly’s reputation as a popular waterfront suburb.

  • Enjoy a stop at Echo Point and see the famous Three Sisters rock formation and have an opportunity to visit the Koomurri Centre and hear the ancient Aboriginal legends of this impressive rock formation.
  • Arrive at Scenic World and join the optional Blue Mountain rides - Scenic Railway, Cableway or Skyway (own expense). These rides are a great way to see the steep valleys, canyons and Three Sisters rock formation. Discover Leura village where you will have free time for lunch or the chance to wander the streets.
  • Next, stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park. Situated on seven acres of natural bush setting, you’ll be able to hand-feed Kangaroos, Wallabies and Emus and enjoy a face-to-face encounter with one of the friendly Koalas.

Terms and conditions

  • The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet. All services such as airline seats, ground arrangements are blocked once initial deposit is made by clients.
  • Infant cost may be chargeable in a few hotels.
  • Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events, Festivals, Trade fairs, Blackout dates, Weekends, etc. (For E.g.: Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, etc)
  • It is important to notice that various service providers may impose special terms and conditions regarding deposits, payments, and cancellation fees and / or refunds from time to time. All reservations would be subject to these additional conditions.
  • You will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractors / service providers such as hotels, airlines, ground transportation vendors, etc.
  • Tours and transfers depart strictly as per time mentioned on final itinerary. Please note as no delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late, the tour or transfer will depart without client. You are required to be punctual and adhere to the time-lines of the tour and of the contractors / service providers. If you are not punctual, you could miss your flight, your coach, your meals etc. No refunds will be provided, and alternative arrangements will be an extra cost.
  • All transfers quoted are ‘direct’ transfers – any stops or deviations en route will attract a supplement cost.
  • Seat-in-Coach Tour / Transfer pick-up & drop off point depends on hotel location, if hotel is outside of pick-up zone, clients will have to make own arrangements to reach the designated pick-up and drop off points. You must report to your departure point at least 15 minutes prior to your tour starting time.
  • Private surcharge would be applicable for tours and transfers which do not suit Seat-in-Coach timings.
  • No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
  • Extra bed could be separate beds / sofa cum bed / rollaway bed. It is as per Hotel Policy and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Guests requiring wheelchair assistance will have to make their own arrangements. Additional charges will be applicable.
  • Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
  • On certain days, due to some unavoidable conditions we may sometimes amend/ reverse the itinerary. However, all the services/ inclusions will remain the same.
  • Timings and schedules will be subject to change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
  • Issuance of visa is solely under the discretion of the Consulates / Embassies. Our role is to assist you in submission of visa and guide you with the formalities. We do not hold any responsibility in case of any rejection of visas. Cancellation policy will be still applicable even if the visas get rejected.
  • Please check all inclusions as any additions will occur in extra charges.
  • All/Any expenses passengers might incurred due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, etc. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance. We merely act a service broker and do not accept any liability.
  • We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
  • It is customary for certain hotels to request a credit-card deposit upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. Unused funds will be refunded upon check-out. Some hotels may accept a cash deposit in lieu, but this cannot be guaranteed. It is the client’s duty to reverse the credit card charge on check out.
  • The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. According to occupancies hotels are subject to change. We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standard. The difference in cost is payable extra.
  • From the options available for hotels against respective hotel category, we can only take requests for a certain hotel. However final decision to offer the hotel will rest with us.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. Fuel Increases, Government Regulations, Government Levies, Duties, etc.
  • Any requests such as (Interconnecting Room, Adjacent Rooms, Rooms on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed/ twin bed, floor map, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc.) is subject to availability on first come first serve basis up on your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel to assign. However we will request this for you as priority.
  • Most hotels Check In time is between 1500-1600hrs & Check Out time is between 1000-1100hrs and varies from hotel to hotel. If necessary we will request an early check in or late checkout but this is subject to availability.
