    This hotel is a good value in an excellent location. It is walking distance from two metro lines and the many restaurants at Nehru Place. Service was attentive and friendly. It is well insulated from noise even though it is on the ring road. There were issues with my shower head and AC. It seems the property isn’t investing in maintenance and it is beginning to show. As others have noted, the quality of the breakfast was also poor. I am not a picky eater but I decided to go out for breakfast rather than eat in the hotel. Overall these are reasonable compromises given the low price of the hotel but next time I will look elsewhere.... More

    We arrived in this hotel for 3 night stay on 7th June 2019. This was our first visit to this Hotel. We were greeted by Front Office, picked us from Airport. They guided us to 3rd floor where our room was well organised. We had no issues in settling down. These amazing service made us return to hotel for another 6 days from 17th June 2019. Food 5/5 Room service 5/5 Concerige 5/5 Customer service 5/5 Excellent service recommendation. Thank you all for looking after us. And also a Staff from customer service helped us, dont remember his name.... More

    On arrival there was no room I was advised to wait in reception. They stated there might be a room at 06:30 but it might even be noon. There’s no gym or pool so I had to wait in reception area after 24 hours of travelling. Throughout my stay there was no hot water. I’d forgotten my travel plug i asked reception if I could borrow one they said they didn’t have one. I was desperate I’m a female solo traveler and needed battery on my phone. The following morning I thought I’d ask the female on reception who kindly found me an adapter I could borrow. Not too sure why the guy lied. I also asked the same guy the day before for some water he looked at me and smirked. I asked three times but got no reply, he heard me. Someone else staying in the hotel heard me ask the guy and noticed I got no reply. She asked him if I could have water he said he would send it to my room. Not sure why he couldn’t answer me. This man was unbelievably rude, he obviously took a disliking to me. Although I was nothing but polite. I asked to change rooms as my first room stank of sweaty feet, which they accommodated. The rooms are dusty and unclean see photos attached. The restaurant in the hotel was closed but after seeing the breakfast you wouldn’t really want to eat there for diner anyway.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
