    Had to stay here for two days on an emergency between 16th and 17th December 2015. What many of the other reviewers have reviewed about this hotel(?) is true. It is either a hotel nor a serviced apartment. The rooms are vague, with average clean linen and dated electrical switches. Lots of dust settles on corners, tables and side tables. The breaks fast at the cellar is just fine with its limited menu. The staff at the reception are indifferent where as the room service staff are courteous. The hotel is at a convenient distance from Apollo hospital and many of the relatives of those admitted for treatment find it convenient to be at this hotel.     I stayed here in the second week of December as a part of a wedding group. Although the rooms are fine, but there were several essential things which were lacking and it can't be overlooked. It is a basic hotel with very limited buffet menu for Breakfast + lunch and dinner. The staffs were not concerned of our needs at all. It used to take them 30 mins to prepare 03 cups of tea. Although there was an electric kettle in every room but there was no tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets available in the rooms. The rooms on the ground floor are noisy and smelly.     Not so GRAND for your "Grand" ($$)

    The building is located in a fairly accessible area. The mall nearby proves to be a life saver at most times (You'll come to know what I mean). The lobby: Congested and has a carom board that is not used for years. Should I even call it a lobby? The lift: Beware of the lift, it can crush your head if you don't get-in in time. Very small in size (max 3 people - mostly like the back seat of a hatchback). The lift also usually has mosquitoes and a stank smell. Oh..by the way, there is a "hold the door" button in case you wanted to know. The rooms: Nice looking rooms (in photographs - the photographer deserves an applause). All of them have a stank smell and ALMOST working peripherals (switches, etc). You may find surprises below the clean (looking) furniture. The air conditioning has no external ventillation system (you may thus get the same carbon-di-oxide you breathed out - only colder). No soundproofing for road facing rooms. Room service: Very promptly attended but not delivered without at least a follow up. Internet: As mentioned in the description, you can only access the internet but cannot use it. Enough said!! Breakfast / Food: As in the rooms, you may find surprises in the breakfast meal too. Hygeine is a big concern here Hotel Personnel: Couple of them are properly groomed, the hotel owner seems unconcerned (or probably untouched) on the problems people are facing.     Small hotel on main road near apollo and sarita vihar

    Its a typical hotel that you need for business travel. Being near to Apollo, it also housed relatives of people with their near ones at the hospital I guess. I attended a small party in the basement of the hotel. It was quite a decent place and could easily accommodate more than 40-50 guests with a separate area where food was lined up. A decent place with little to excite and little to complain. If you are looking for a low cost relatively new hotel in the vicinity of Sarita Vihar, this can be an option. Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
