    Hotel Zara grand is poor hotel with poor services. Breakfast is average and do not provide even toothbrush kit and one has to ask for it. Cost is also high as per the rooms. There was no maintenance. Will not stay again and there is no question of recommendation to any one. rooms are also small in size.... More

    I Would never recommend such hotel. Very Unprofessional Team. There was a constant powercut for 5 to 10 minutes every 5 to 10 minutes and this drama went on for around an hour, they did not have a proper back up. There was a rat in the room and i had to call twice to remind them of it. Instead of changing room they just said what can we do and put up a mouse trap in my room. When i woke up next day, there were rat droppings all along my bed, below my pillow that means rat must have been on bed at night. Now Lets come to food, Ordered Chicken Curry with Chapati, Chapatis were really nice but Chicken curry was Bland. Morning breakfast Parathas were nice but one of the worst Poha i had eaten. I Understand that its a so called Budget hotel but Delhi's Budget hotels are really good. Half this hotels price and many time better service and quality. Have rated them many times myself.... More

    Ok value for money... Booked by yatra.. Standard room with breakfast 1100 bucks for two. Average breakfast..bread omlet toast tea with delicious aaloo paratha with curd.. Buffet spread.. At night ordered choupsey which was below average... Bathroom small with a ceiling fan..yes u heard me correct... Small rooms Window a c...but cooling was fine.. Hot water and cold water 24 hrs... Location is a five star as next to green park metro.. Staff well behaved and helping..... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
