    Waste your money somewhere else

    In one word to describe this over expensive hotel is *Pethatic*. I stayed there for three days at day one when I entered the room I discovered you can not lock the room from inside. So, if you are enjoying your night with your partner and someone from housekeeping wanted to peek in then they can easily ruin your night. Next day I invited some guests for lunch and ordered food and after first round when we asked for more round the staff told us that the kitchen has been closed and we can have rice. Great, now they will decide what you will eat. While having food we discovered some drops of water on our table and here is the surprise their roof was leaking. When we complaint about the same with their manager he told us it happens during rains sometime. "They call themselves a 5 star property" . Then we ordered tea and coffee and they forget to serve cookies with it. At night the room AC suddenly stopped working and they couldn't fix it till morning. WoW, I paid for AC room yet slept at heated room in summer. Next morning at breakfast I ordered french toast with whipped cream and mapple syrup and to my surprise they got me a toasted bread with blueberry jam because they didn't have the largest cream and forgot to include maple syrup. At the day of checkout their access key stopped working in morning and I have to go back to reception to get the access key reactivated to enter in to the room. So, if you are paying 8k to 10k per night its better to go somewhere else instead of this so called 5 star pathetic Property. ... More

    I spent a disgusting amount of money to stay at this ‘luxury’ establishment. I have stayed in better hostels than this. Staff at reception were rude and not welcoming. I felt like I was almost like an alien from another planet. Booked this hotel for the pool. I walked up to look at it and it was full of pigeons, smelt disgusting and was extremely dirty. Not somewhere you want to lie out and relax. Rooms average. Have to hold the shower in the bathroom which is a massive pain and was like a dribble. Only positive I have to say is the room service guys were great! Overall, I do not recommend. You would be better staying in a €4 a night hotel than spending €140 on this hotel. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
