    Best place for location, courteous staff and world best food

    I booked this place for my parents who are senior citizens now...and like many other Punjabis equipped with knee issues.. So this place was a choice due to its close proximity to railways station (not more than 5 mins by cab). The staff was so courteous that they booked the room at ground floor (on request, without any hassles) owing to parents's old age... The rooms were elegant - spacy and classy with beautiful wooden furniture... Food as described by my parents was awesome... the hotel being located on VIP road is never busy.... Besides this the scenic beauty is also awesome... Valleys are also visible from the rooms.. We would definitely look forward to book a rooom for our stay with this hotel in future as well...... More

    One of the best drive-in properties in Shimla at an excellent location. Had a very pleasant stay. Very good service and amazingly cooperative staff. The hotel is very well maintained and the food is sumptuous. Got a chance to have a conversation with the owner who happened to be very cordial and hospitable. Overall I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Wingait Inn and Im really looking forward to visit again on a personal trip with family and friends.... More

    We visited for 3days in this hotel,very sad to say Make my trip has recommended wrong hotels with 3star rating ,This hotel doesn't have card machines working,Hotel manager and owner don't show interest while giving info,Very rude behaviour by them,Hotel manager charged extra 500to book cab & took that money,Rooms don't have toilet tissues,washrooms are not cleaned & food was fully salty ..cooks don't know what they are preparing .I would never recommend this hotel for anybody .Very very bad ..if you still want to go ..ask all these details on phone as these people are very Rude , Don't keep common emergency medicines.... Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
