    Disappointing experience

    We found this place on Whatshotpune as a weekend getaway, was fully disappointed. Reached in evening. As soon as we entered it smelled like hospital phenol. There is a nice pool, but they told it closes at 6pm. We didn’t get any time to get to the pool. The room was clean, but old. Had some strong smell. Had to keep the doors open for sometime before we could breathe properly. All furniture was old. Sat on a chair and it broke down. Definitely not worth the money. There is a rusty park. There is a game area which had 2 pool tables. Couple of chess boards a TT table with no balls. Found few footballs and volleyballs with no air in them. Ordered dinner to room. Got some chicken had definitely added lot of food color. Called up the restaurant and told not to add color, still dint help. All the rest of food was unsatisfactorily ‘colourful’. Sleep was peaceful. Morning restaurant woke us up at 8:00 to come for breakfast. We went to pool as the checkout time was 10am. Water was chilling. Swam for sometime. Requested for a tea in room. But the restaurant denied service in room saying buffet is going on. We went for complementary buffet. There was poha and masala dosa (that’s all). Had to order items from menu to fill our stomach and pay for them separately. We were asked to pay for the chair which broke. Had to argue a lot saying it was all old furniture. Totally an unpleasant experience and felt sorry for a lost weekend.... More

    One of the best resort I visited. Staff is extremely polite, food is excellent. Best part is infinity pool. When we visited resort, owner of the resort was present and he was extremely humble. We loved staying in the resort and kids enjoyed a lot. It was most memorable outing.... More

    We went there for our sales conference. The resort is located at probably one of the best locations of PUNE and it ends there. The linens and accessories in the rooms were a bit better than average but With poor quality of room furniture, bad interiors. The exterior is well maintained but the staff is untrained. The food quality is bad. Inspite of the menu being frozen they would be unprepared. The conference room was ill organised. Very small tables, no electrical points and useless wall for the projector. All in all, don’t ever go there. It may be good for a 1 day picnic ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
