I stayed here for one night. The room is decent and good, but the bathroom was not as expected. There was a worm on the toilet commode, and the bucket looked very old and dirty. May be the management need to look into the washroom issues. Apart from that this is a decent place to stay.... More
Worst customer experience

My wife had brought a customer loyalty card from Westin Chennai based on their continuous follow up ..Since we were close by we thought it would be useful for taking our guests and also using it for ourselves . 1 month after buying the card with the vouchers my wife has misplaced the vouchers .Since we couldn't find we requested Westin to replace them .In the beginning their manager said they would replace them and asked us to send a mail .Post that they didn't respond to us ...After follow ups from my wife they said they cannot replace this voucher for which we have paid 10K ...We have not used a single voucher and now they are not even taking our calls ...Worst behavior from a well known MNC ...Very bad experience and would make sure , we never recommend Westin and its group to anybody...
