    I unfortunately happen to stay in this hotel on 03 September,2017.My train from Mumbai got late and I reached Delhi at above mentioned date late at night. I tried to find near by hotel ,but since night time and upon Auto-Rickshaw driver " Fazlu" , I had to try this hotel. The person at the reception was extremely rude.The hotel is in very horrible condition. Toilet , Bed and everything is horrible. This is not exaggeration,but real truth,Please do not go for the prices they offer. I would like to add that the hotel is worth only Rs. 400/- per night and may be even less. I had stayed because I had no choice, but you people pleeeaaa ssseee...........avoid it any cost.... More

    Good location, bad coordination

    WHH is well located and I had a fairly comfortable stay there. However, the sheets were not clean. WHH can be reached by bus or by metro. Best way to get to it from the metro is by cycle rickshaw (INR 40) which gives you a nice glimpse of the city. Surrounded by vibrant street food places and restaurants, you'll never be at a loss for choice. Sweetmeats and gifts could be bought for a reasonable price from shops in the vicinity. I had a fairly pleasant time until the time of check out. My booking confirmed that breakfast was included for two days and I had checked this with management on the day prior to checkout. On the morning of checking out, I was informed that I had to pay for breakfast. When I said I had clarified this with the management the previous night and showed the booking documents, the person at reception turned quite nasty and said the website must have been mistaken. I stood my ground and asked him to call the management. He did so and I realized that they said that breakfast was complimentary. He hung up and then proceeded to check me out. I asked him what they had said and he very grumpily said that breakfast was included. Not a word of apology. It's was a bad experience especially as I was a female, solo traveller without a knowledge of Hindi but I was happy that I didn't get intimidated.     Don't stay with family

    The only positive thing to say about this hotel is that it is near to nizamuddin Railway Station & the famous Humayun's tomb (1km approximately). Stinking room, stinking toilet, stinking water, very dirty bucket and mug for bath. Old fashioned TV which was not working properly. AC was kept off and after insisting, they make AC on. Surprisingly food was OK. Overall, I will not recommend to stay with family.... More

    Average place. Can not say this this is good, but it was not bad either, budget hotel, nea to nizammuddin station. But will always prefer to go to paharganj hotels from future. rooms were small, food was okay, service was okay. washrooms were clean. But the area nearby also I did not like. Paharganj feels more comfortable and safe.... More

    Worst Terrible Yucky Place

    Travelled as couple on july 10th.We had arrived Delhi in the Morning and our train was around 8. So thought of staying in the hotel for 6 to 7 hours. Booked this dirty hotel through make my trip.But please staying in footpath or railway station is far better than choosing this hotel.Don't even think of having food in this yucky hotel.Smells terrible.Regret this staying throughout our life...   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
