    The rooms were good, but small

    We stayed for 3 nights and while the room was kept neat and tidy, the space was quite small - considering it's classed as a resort! Not to mention, that at no stage when we were booking were we told that there was construction going on at the hotel, meaning we were woken up early everyday. But the pool was amazing - hardly anyone there most of the day, so a good place to relax in the sun! The only thing that you really need to take into consideration is that there is not a lot of food choices in the hotel - an the ones that are there are not English-friendly. So you may have to travel outside of the resort to get food.... More

    For what happened before check in Loisir, please refer to my comment under "Kanucha Bay Hotel & Villas", around 2017/7/31. Nakamura-san and their employees (from Kanucha Bay Hotel & Villas) helps me arranging hotel transfer around 9pm, very late night. Loisir Hotel is nicely provide me one room/one night support, since my original plan is to take BR113 at 7/30 back to Taiwan. Then, EVA Air cancelled BR113 at 7/30 suddently. My family already check out and at OKA airport, no where can go, no flight back. I indeed need a place to make my son comfortable and he is in high fever. While I decide back to Loisir to give a try, and they helps me again. This is how Okinawa make people feels warm.     Upscale hotel at a very reasonable price

    This hotel is certainly a great bargain at 160,000 Y a night. It is well appointed with a large room (for Naha) and lots of nice amenities. A superb breakfast buffet is included with the cost of the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful to this gai-jin. During my stay, I might have been the only westerner in the place but I felt very welcome. The hotel is not located in the heart of the city, but if you are willing to walk less than a mile, there is lots to do...and the train station is nearby. I have compatriots staying at other hotels in Naha for more money and not getting as nice a room.... More

    Overall Good hotel but not near Kokusai-dori, no English TV

    Our accommodation included breakfast but have to pay 1000-1500 yen per pax to use 'onsen' (hot spring bath). 1500 yen for multiple use of the 'onsen'. Note- free breakfast up to 2 pax per room, need to pay for additional pax. Breakfast is 'International Buffet' and is decent since limited selections for each section (Japanese, pastries, fruits, juices, eggs, hot food, etc) Stayed at 5Fl so no external view from our rooms. No English-language TV channels. Staff attentive but only some speak English. Hotel restaurants likely above average prices. There are several good restaurants (Heki, Jack's Steak House, etc) within 10 mins walk i.e. before the main street Kokusai Dori. The street is quite dark at night so best to walk in groups (Note- it's quite safe in Okinawa). The other street towards the nearby supermarket (9am - 1am) is brighter. Room is not large but decent for sleeping. Fridge is empty so can store F&B bought from supermarket. Free wifi in room is good enough for emails and Internet surfing. Bedroom sleepers provided but no Yukata provided like in mainland Japanese hotels. Supposed to be a quick ride (15mins) from airport but evening peak hours traffic will be slow... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
