    During my trip to Delhi, I had stayed in this hotel for 1 night. I needed to catch an early morning flight from International Airport and this hotel is located in Dwarka at a distance of only 20 min from the airport. This is very good quality hotel from ITC group having 10 odd floors. I had gone on Christmas eve and liked the big spacious beautifully decorated lobby & reception area. They arranged for my airport drop at 3 am in morning. The room too was big & spacious with king bed, seating area, big LCD, tastefully decorated bathroom with all modern fittings. There is also Pinnacle Mall at backside of the hotel. I had tried butter chicken for dinner at their Indian restaurant which was average. I got very good deal through MMT for 4k which was really VFM for a hotel of this quality. The staff was friendly and service was good too.... More

    We arrived at WelcomHotel at about 7pm after a day of touring Jaipur and a long drive to Delhi. On arrival it took at least 20 minutes for anyone at the reception desk to even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting to check-in. When we finally got someone’s attention, we were told to go wait somewhere away from the reception desk as there was a ‘problem’ with our booking which was not explained to us. After about an hour of trying to check-in, we were asked if we prefer a smoking or non-smoking room. We chose a non-smoking room, as our booking form indicated, and for some reason we were changed to a smoking room. To get to our room, we had to muscle our way into one of three tiny lifts as there is a mass of people trying to access the 12 floors of the hotel without enough lift space or stairs. We decided to order room service and having called room service, we were told that they couldn’t take an order now and would call the room back in a few minutes. After another 20 minutes, we had to call a manager to try and order food. There is also no free WiFi at this hotel. ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
