    Tried to Keep Our Passports

    The Guest House is in an area that is not the best suited for foreign visitors. When we checked in the man behind the desk threw our passports under the counter and said he was going to keep them. We argued with him for several minutes, before he finally relented to give them back, saying he would get them in the morning. The room had been recently remodeled, so it was decent. We ended up relocating to a luxurious hotel near the airport for only $20 more per night.... More

    Arrived in Delhi late, as planned (and comunicated to the staff). When I arrived there the worker tells me that no room is left. I have had to look for another solution at 03:00 AM, in Delhi... Would just tell you: avoid booking there! Many other solutions exist, just take 2 minutes to find them!... More

    "Plz avoid going there". They don't keep their words...if u make a booking they don't keep a room for you instead they give to someone else who come before you..and u have to wait for 12 noon check out time if someone vacants room,this is the one incidence...one more time I made a booking in last June , they didn't book room I wanted that is balcony or road view room..they continuously told me on phone the availability of same but on arrival gave us another room..they don't serve people they just earn from people..."avoid going there with prior bookings"...   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
