I stay 4 nights in the best room type--RS18000. I know it's not cheap. But the location is really good. And there's some delicious small restaurants near by... More

    I stayed at Welcome Hotel for a few nights. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. Wifi worked well. Whilst there was only a choice between Indian and Western breakfast it was adequate. Staff were very helpful and courteous and always willing to help me with anything I needed. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Chhatrapati Shivaj Terminus. I found there is a big hike in price for the weekend so it may be worth your while to look at options like booking beforehand if you're staying for a few days.... More

    My overnight stay was very comfortable and without any issue. Infact I was checking out early in the morning so the hotel staff helped me with the checkout formalities in the night itself. The room was clean and just right for business traveller. The hotel has room service but they arrange the food from outside so the time required for delivery is on a higher side. There was no amenity like electric kettle etc in the room. But the AC, Cable and WIFI was working just fine. Linen provided was clean and spotless. the bathroom was also clean and very basic. They don't have a lift and reception is on 1st floor. So had to climb all the way there with my luggage. So again a good stay for short and business (solo) trips. The hotel is just opposite to the GPO and CST railway station. SO super location!... More

    Overpriced - bizarre experience

    This place is situated in a good location. It was clean, aircon, wifi worked, and it had cable tv if you're into that. Though, that's we're the compliments stop. Upon arrival we were not greeted with a "hello" or "how was your journey?" It was "passports". The receptionist informed us that we get complimentary breakfast and wifi, great! No...she then informed us that we would have to pay for the use of more then one device? Really?! I'm paying around 3000 rupees a night and I can't receive two wifi access codes. Robbery. They took our passports for an unusual amount of time, gave them back and then requested again later on for them. Weird. But, okay. The door boys or floor boys have no manners and don't smile at all. The most friendly person in the entire place was a young security guard near the front door, who I had a talk to about cricket. Nice guy. When you order room service they come to your room when they feel like it to retrieve the tray of dishes. One time we were on an important call in the room and the man repeatedly knocked four times even though we ignored him. We opened the door not a "sorry to disturb you" nothing...grabbed the dishes and left. I was shocked. On top of this, the reception called us after midnight to ascertain when we were checking out.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
