    Not a Good Hotel for Tourist Couple/Family

    Location : This is located at Chandni Chowk, just opposite Fathepuri Masjid. Huge signboard visible from far across. So wouldn't be difficult to locate it. Accessibility : It starts at the first floor with steep stairs. No lift from ground floor. And the stairs are steep. No provision for wheelchair. It would be difficult for senior citizens/wheelchairs. Welcome : Looks good at reception. But the welcome process was bit shocking, when was asked to provide marriage certificate since the ID proof provided for us was having different surnames. Luckily we were keeping the same in anticipation of the antics that might be played, as known from the earlier reviews. Rooms & Service : Had booked a Premium room from MMT for 2 nights. The rooms that was provided was below par. Bed linen were dirty, paints was peeling off. Overall the rooms was shabby. In fact the hotelier didn't even provide the access keys. Every time we had to open the door while entering have to request hotel staff to open the same with master key. Excuse for the same given was that earlier guest took the access card with him. Yes there were mosquito and files as well in the room Staff Behavior : Had to carry out luggage from the ground floor all the way to our room. no help from the hotel staff was received. There was severe problem with the electricity connection, light couldn't be turned off. When asked the hotel staff at night they expressed their helplessness on the same and they being very rude in their behavior. Went to the extent of saying that why can't be sleep with lights on in the night. There was even supply with water supply as well. RO broke down in the middle of the night may of the boarders had to buy mineral water. Having faced with so much of issues with the service, hotelier tried compensating with complementary breakfast in the morning. Overall : This hotel is by far the best in the location from exterior but the rooms and service had been good then it could be a ideal stay. Alas!! With the service and room quality that we have been through, could only rate it as "Terrible"... More

    Hotel is located near fatepuri masjid location is good near to chandni chowk no parking facility but services was not good i had issues in bathroom hotel has lift in it hotel was clear staff was good but services not up to mark food was also not good... More

    we reached at 4pm.. they give rooms for 24 hours.. that is a good thing because our train was at 3pm next day.. breakfast was good.. hotel is on first floor and there r no life to reach there.. and it is on very busy street but satisfy with what i pay.. near to old delhi railway station... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
