Great value for money

Stay at Taj is never short of being excellent. Service of Taj is in paralleled. Despite being my first time stay at this hotel I did not feel the same. Goan Thali at the restaurant was authentic and great value for money. Live music at the breakfast was unique and very soothing

This was a great hotel in Panjim. It is centrally located to restaurants and shopping centres. The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff are friendly and they serve a great breakfast. The Miramar beach isn't too far away for those wanting to enjoy some sea and sand.
I look forward to returning soon.
Great hotel in central location

A great location, good food, friendly staffs, nice rooms. However, the hotel far away from the important beaches like calangute beach. However, shopping centre is close by. The travel desk is not very helpful in providing guidance. Very clean hotel. During check-in the reception staffs kept us waiting for more than an hour.
True that Taj treat their customer as God

As the title says Taj treat their customer as “God”. On our trip to India this winter, we stayed in many 5-star hotels, but Taj was different in all aspects. Taj made a different definition to “customer service”. They go way beyond to make our family feel home, safe and comfortable in every way possible.
The moment we stepped in we were amazed, and they welcomed us with “haar” (necklace) made of shells and gave us drinks. The room was equipped with home theater and each night they provide us popcorn and soft drink to accompany with movie for my 4-year-old. They also gave bed time stories every evening in a rolled envelope for my daughter and gave her favorite soft toy which she loved. And, they provide seasonal fruits, tea and cookies daily to show appreciation. All these little things made us special and valuable.
We ate at the “The Latitude” restaurant which provided breakfast and dinner buffet which was included in our Winter package and it was mouthwatering. They even made dishes that was not in the buffet section for our little one so that she feels comfortable. Each day they packed food and snack for us when we left the hotel to explore Goa.
Their staff are the real Hero of the hotel. I would like to thank Viola, Wren, Parvesh Joshi, Jay for the wonderful gratitude and gesture and I would call them “The KOHINOOR OF VIVANTA, GOA”. They were excellent and made our family feel so special. Thank you so much from my bottom of my heart and you guys ROKZ. You all are the true pillars of this great hotel.
From Good to Going Worse

This was amongst the BEST hotels a few months ago but maybe the new staff is incapable to keep up to the standards set by the earlier staff or maybe they have had enough and don’t care much for Business now....
