    Oh the noise!

    Stayed 1 night here because of its central location. First impressions upon entering the lobby were good. It didn't last. Bedroom walls and floor were filthy. And the noise! Could hear everything from pedestrians to traffic to construction all through the night. Didn't get much sleep. Breakfast choice was poor also. Wouldn't recommend if you fancy a clean room or a peaceful night's sleep. Won't be visiting again.... More

    Don't trust in the pictures

    The hotel localization is very good, next to subways, shopping center, MASP and other attractions. But the room pictures are false. They seems new and beautiful, and the one I booked was very old, the bathroom was ugly, and the sheets grimy. One day they took away the bed covers and I asked them back in the reception, but they said the lady who got the wardrobe keys had already finished the work hours and I had to spent this night with cold....     Horrific experience at Paulista Center Hotel

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I was sharing a triple room with two friends. One day, we left the hotel at around 8:30am and returned at 5pm. One of my friends searched everywhere for her purse that she left in the hotel room that day but couldn't find it anywhere. After we had searched everywhere in the room, we complained to reception that the purse had been stolen from the room that day. My friend also reported this to the police, who told us that the hotel was obligated to reimburse the money that was stolen. The hotel staff was very disrespectful and started blaming myself and my other friend - insinuating that we stole the purse! They then demanded to search our whole room, went through all our bags and they even emptied out all my dirty laundry onto the floor! Of course they did not find the purse - they refused to look at the CCTV cameras with us and the manager we spoke to called Marcos was extremely rude and unprofessional, - as were Renata and another woman who came to search our room. They refused to pay any money and they didn't apologise for anything that had happened. As for the hotel itself, the room is very old with no air conditioning but a very loud and ineffective fan. The safe in the room is broken with a folded up bit of paper inside to keep it closed. The bathroom is small and dingy and the sink leaks whenever you turn it on. We left our dirty towels on the floor, assuming the maid would replace them with new ones. However she simply hung them back up on the rail! We had to ring reception and request fresh towels. The shower pressure is awful and you can never find a suitable temperature - either too cold or too hot. The bathroom door has no lock. Outside my room there were building works going on that would often wake me up. At breakfast - they provide stale cereal and bread. DO NOT CHOOSE TO STAY HERE! NÃO FAÇAM RESERVAS NESSE HOTEL!!... Situated 17 km from the domestic airport, Vivanta by Taj- Ambassador in New Delhi is an INTACH listed heritage hotel. The hotel offer guests with spa service. Vivanta by Taj- Ambassador possesses 88 rooms and 12 deluxe allure suites. All the rooms have a mobile work desk with task lighting and designer work chairs. The hotel also has an internet connectivity in the rooms, LCD televisions and storage facilities. The rooms have a private balcony and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Note : 1. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet connectivity is available to all guests for 2 devices. 2. The pool at the hotel (Vivanta By Taj - Ambassador) is currently under renovation and this facility is provided at their sister hotel Taj Mahal New Delhi(400m away) in the house.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
