    recently had to stay here as part of some rooms and banquet facilities booked by my relatives, will not even think of coming back ... forget recommending to anyone. The service staff is still ok but the owner/ manager and his son have a very bad attitude, no decency to speak (especially with ladies) and extremely dis-courteous. location is good, very close to the Radisson blu in paschim vihar, Breakfast was ok, We had a dinner in the basement banquet hall and the food was extremely spicy, When I conveyed the feedback to the owner he said ,,, he thought to prepare this way as Punjabi's would like it! We had some NRI guests and even the local guests left without having dinner which resulted in lot of wastage of food on the buffet! There is no courtesy in the staff, leave alone the owners, no one wishes you in the "DHABA". Whenever I wished any of them there was no response! They are busy on their phones or watching TV in the reception. Very disappointing. Rooms are ok, spacious, No special amenities, AC was an issue, no fresh air, bathroom also spacious, there is an elevator We had a lady guest on wheelchair, this place has no provision for wheelchair access. We had to actually lift her along with the wheelchair up the stairs (10 steps) and another step near lift and another step on third floor after the lift. She was shocked and never returned for any of the evening dinner or other events. Overall a BIG ZERO, actually would rate in NEGATIVE, have to give one dot else will not be able to post the review, I am a very patient person and would never rate negative but Vivah residency DHABA actually is in the pits. Wonder how they manage to do business. NOTE - even the pic on the site is fake, this is not the picture of the place... beware... More

    This is a terrible hotel, if you'd even want to call it that! Don't ever make the mistake of staying here. The bedsheets, bed and pillows looks like they havent been washed for years. Towels are dirty. The bathrooms were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned and they will want to keep your keys because they only have 1 set! Almost nobody here speaks a word of english! The worst part is their absolute nonchalance to cleanliness. If you ask them to change anything, they bring stuff from their storeroom that is just as flithy with sheets that never seem to have been washed. I wouldn't recommend this place on my worst enemy.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
