    The worst hotel ever i have visited till now, the hotel was totally unhygenic and the staff members are so arrogant. we had visited on 31st march, when we reached there, they had to pick us, but they said their drivers are busy so we had to book another taxi and we checked in, in the hotel but here the story starts, as we had advance booking with them, they were suppose to provide clean rooms but once we entered the room it was totally messy and it was not at all cleaned so we informed the room service to clean the room, but they were very arrogant, and the person had taken nearly 45 min to clean the rooms and as we got ready to visit the tourist places, we got to know that no cabs are available for which we had already booked by their tours and travels but those people again kept us on hold by saying that their cab is on the way. from morning 6 am to 11 am they were saying the same thing that their cab is on the way. the travel service was so bad that we had to booked another cab and visit the places. We had made advance payment for the travel service, and as the service was so bad that we had to book an another cab for which we did not get Refund amount which was a disappointment.... More

    It was a horrible hotel, we were a family with 5 persons and the 5 th they took us only a mattress, there were insects in the bathroom, it was not possible to use the shower, because you couldn't stand there.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
