    I booked this hotel from GoIbibo after checking the reviews and I was not at all disappointed. They do allow early check in but the rooms were full when we reached so the receptionist asked us to finish the breakfast by the time our rooms were getting ready. We had delicious breakfast I must say; the ghee roast won our hearts. The rooms were tidy and the bed was spacious enough for 3 people. Service was prompt and the staff is friendly. They arranged site seeing facilities for us and gave good discount as well. The best part is we got both rooms booked at a very reasonable price.     I stayed for one night in the hotel.. there was no hot water available and biggest minus would be the car parking.. Other than this the other things were all okay for a night stay or two. Had to call multiple times to reception for getting things done. Overall 4/5... More

    Suitable for quick stay

    This hotel was good enough for a quick stay. The location was nearer (10 minutes walk) to the main centre and damn close (3 minutes walk) to botanical gardens. The room is equipped with the standard amenities and furniture, though the furniture was outdated and worn off. The staff were polite and quick to address the guests. However, the service quality has been sporadic. They provided the extra blankets and pillows within no time, but they took a very long time to address the 'hot water' issue. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days but they did not proactively provide room service. And unfortunately, we had very bad guests (all bachelors) residing on our top floor who always made unbearable noises both the days from evening to night, no matter how many times we complained to the hotel staff. I wished there was a special wing or able staff in the hotel to control such unruly guests instantly. This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor but the prices are in the sky. They say, 12% GST for fine dining and 18% GST for room dining, which is ridiculously offensive on top of the huge prices they incur already. It's quite common to see high price tags on tourist locations but for a highly accessible place like Ooty, why would they slap imbecile prices on their own Guests? No wonder most of the times, the restaurant was vacant. PS: When you think it's your opportunity to look down upon the guest's hard earned money, apparently we expect the service to be on par with the prices slapped on us.... More

    Nice stay and good food

    We stayed there for a night; It was a good stay for us as we got the rooms at the last moment and location of this hotel is excellent with great South Indian food in their restaurant. Problem is that door between 2 rooms as we could hear the noise from the other room during night which was disturbing. Rest services and amenities are excellent.... More

    I booked 3 prepaid deluxe rooms with MMT. Smooth checkin..Provided us early checkin at 10 am..Perfect sized rooms with comfortable bed, almirah, extra blanket, coffee table with 2 chairs and clean bathrooms with spotless fittings and 24hr hot water. Room service is quick, food is decent and prices are as any other mid-range restaurant in Ooty. Hotel is 500m walk from the main market or catch a 50rs auto outside the hotel. All their staff is polite and helpful. Rooms were properly cleaned with fresh towels next day. Only thing which could be added is memory foam pillows to complement the spring mattress.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
