    folks this is not the right place to stay in mahabaleshwar. Its An property where the owner himself doesnt helps you. I would rate 0/10 because their's no responsible staff. You wont get any help at night as the security himself goes for a sleep. No one cares wats happening at the property midnight. Pathetic place for those who wanna spend leisure time. Dont waste your holidays by staying at Vimal Holidays resort.... More

    My visit to hotel vimal resort was absolutely memorable and fun-filled. We had gone as a group of 6 people, for our conference in mahabaleshwar. And this resort was perfect for us, perfect location. The staff we're very polite and understanding.Theu allowed us for early check-in and did not even charge us extra during check out. Rooms were slightly small,but since we were not inside our rooms most of the time so am not complaining. It is a mist visit place especially if your going with friends or going work related.The staff are very co operative.And plus one added bonus is their super friendly dog, kanja!!.who has to be mentioned .It was such a treat to have him around. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a good time and doesn't want to burn a hole in their pockets at the same time.... More

    Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean. Garden, a few games are available for entertainment. Walking distance fro m main market. Cons: Stayed for a single night and they charged 14000 for 2 non-AC rooms. I was expecting good service, but they took long to clean and prepare rooms. Swimming pool is not maintained properly. Too many insects (mostly dead) in the water. They charged even for a glass of milk which I asked for my small kid. Breakfast wasn't up to the mark, not so good taste and too much oily. Only one person to attend there and had to wait for long. Overall it was not a good experience. Won't recommend this hotel. ... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
