We booked online 2 rooms as per the images shown in portal but when we checked in there we found that those images are of villa fatima resort and our rooms are booked in villa Fatima guest house. Very disappointed. Please confirm before booking. Good thing , it is near to calangute beach.
Only if you're really, really desperate.

Only good thing about it is the location 500 meters from the beach.
Otherwise it's a very low-profile place. No wi-fi except in the reception area. No TV in our room. No hot water - if you're patient enough you might get a lukewarm shower. Quite a noisy a|c. Buy some anti-mosquito spray!
On the bright side - it's cheap. Was it worth it? I won't return, ever.
Pathetic Hotel ever

This is one of the pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in my life . Don't go by looks they don't have any pool inside the hotel . First thing I entered the room I noticed there were no blankets hence called for two blankets but the guy got only one when asked for one more he says they don't have blankets as the hotel is full that to with an attitude . Second thing the flush in the washroom doesn't work. You don't have any option to call people as they don't have intercom neither bell . Third was when I entered the room I found tv unplugged and kept on bed side table and when asked why it's been kept there and I was shocked to hear that as they did not have tables they removed tv tables in room and placed in Thier outdoor seating area .
Tourist and people travelling from outside India stay away from this place .
Not recommended at all to anyone not even to an enemy .
Did a huge mistake booking room in this hotel
Good location - average experience

Villa Fatima is right on the Baga beach main road and this makes it one of the most sought after places for accommodation. We visited this place in October when the season was just starting. They were getting ready for the season and painting job was happening all across the hotel. Adding to our woes it just rained the previous day and the rooms were stinking because of that. After requesting a lot they agreed to move us to another room. All rooms on one side were smelling of paint and finally we got room on 2nd floor. Here again the a/c was not working properly but we were too tired to shift again! The service was pathetic and when we asked for hot water to drink, the service boy said there is no glass available! I had to go to the kitchen myself and get water. You will be attacked by an army of mosquitoes if you keep the door open even for 5 minutes. They have solar water heaters so if its raining then you will not get hot water in the bathroom :( Overall we didnt have a good stay there but since we spent our time mostly outside the hotel, we managed our 3 nights stay here.
Location - 4/5
Hotel/Rooms - 3/5
Service - 1/5

No extravagant amenities.Minimum facility. But if you are one of those solo travellers in goa and getting this place for around 1k per night its a good enough bargain.
But keep expectations to the minimum to avoid heartbreaks
