    We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights from 29th-31st Dec 2019. Very good hotel in a nice location. Room was spacious and cleanliness was very good. Bathroom was also nicely maintained. Decorations of the room were also very good. Food quality was awesome, however, variety in non-veg items were not observed in the packaged booking. Hotel staffs were very polite and helping in nature. Enjoyed the stay in the hotel in the pink city.... More

    A mix of good and bad...

    It was a mixed feeling staying at the hotel. We checked-in on 31st Dec to celebrate New Year's eve and paid good amount for it, but the overall program could have been better. They had heavy presence from a group tour, and the crowd was average. Moreover, the paneer which was served in snacks/gala dinner was sub-standard. On the positive side of things, the service was okay and the stay was overall comfortable. It's a nice property, and the location was good. Breakfast had a decent menu.... More

    My stay could have been better

    The room was not done up when it was allotted to me. A side room with a lot of noise since the staircase was right next to it. The refill plastic water bottles and keep it in the room. Both the bottles kept had their seal already broken and the water was filled with air bubbles. The electric kettle was not in a usable state and one of the water glasses had a chipped edge. Things were changed promptly in the room after they were pointed out, but not the room itself. Also I feel they really don't care about business from non tour based travelers as they already have so much from various tour operators. The experience for me could have been better... More

    Stayed second time and got disappointed

    Stayed in November for the second time... on my first stay it was really good experience so I chose to stay here again on my second visit to Jaipur....but its really disappointing to see how the service has gone downwards in 3years...... Room service is the slowest room service and they completely forget your request otherwise you have to call twice to remind them(we called twice for plate cleaning but no one tuned up so kept used plates outside the door)(bottle of mineral water was also not available they sent their RO water bottles) Breakfast was very poor taste wise and variety wise...there were group of ladies staying in hotel also kesari group tour was going to come ...so our request of keeping room for 1 an half hr was rejected As soon as I booked hotel I had mailed them requesting to keep 401 room for me but they didn't bother to appreciate that request and room was not ready and it was going to take 40min extra so we agreed to room which they allotted us on 5th floor this room size and decor is different from 401 in which we stayed before even the toiletries were less...like dental kit was not given this time. They promise to give us room for freshen up as we checked out 1hr early and went to sight seeing from travel desk present in the hotel only. the room they thought of giving us for refreshing was already occupied then they gave us NR room which was already used by somebody and not cleaned there were vacant/ready rooms available but they chose to give us not ready room ... You expect little hospitality when you are staying second time and checked out the paid room one hour early...but still.....sometime people forget its hospitality business.. Thanks to Tara at front desk...who at least talked nicely. and kept our luggage in the managers cabin.... More

    Nice stay with some negative points

    This hotel is at a very good location on M.I road, just behind Raj Mandir, the famour Cinema hall in Jaipur. The surroundings of this hotel is very calm and quiet and its just a few stepa away from the main road where u can find numerous restaurants to with different cuisines to try and also a locally famous ice cteam parlour by the name Jal Mahal. The ambience and the service of the hotel are good but the maintenance of the sanitary is bit low, food of its restaurant is not so good, room service is slow...... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
