    It's plus points include it's location, the scenic view (this is the No. 1 reason to chose this location - added a photo however, you have many other resorts in vicinity that provide you with similar view) and home made food. It is more like a home stay then a hotel stay. It is a bungalow without any lawn/ garden (for fresh air you need to use balcony / small terrace) turned into stay accommodation.     Very good property but the way they treat is pathetic, on day one , for a location far away from shimla the food is not good, on day one even after informing that we are going to take dinner they refused to serve non veg and claims you need to mention specifically that you need no. Veg in noon only if you need the same in dinner, next day morning they serve only Pori bhabi even refused to serve omlet, in dinner they offer palak and khiya, is anyone ready to eat palak and khiya on holidays, ...     Egoistic and Rude Caretaker Mrs.Awasthy drowns the charm of Veergarh

    1.One evening one scolopendra (kankhajoora) was crawling on the carpet. And on second night , one Scorpion was moving over my Sister in law, who was sleeping on an extra bed laid on the floor. The matter was reported to Mrs.Awasthy. The photograph of Scorpion is attached. 2. On day one itself Mrs.Awasthy three times mentioned that She is Brigadier’s wife ,which is unwarranted. 3. Mrs.Awasthy denied to provide Lunch. 4. First day tea powder,sugar and tea bags were provided. But next day Mrs.Awasthy told us that since Milk powder is not available in Shimla, therefore it will not be provided. 5. One table lamp was not working from the beginning and could not be rectified till we stayed. 6. Quality of green soap provided is very poor. 7. Coloured, old towels were provided.It may be changed to white colour towels. 8. Only one news paper used to be provided in two rooms and that also used to be taken by mentioning that Mrs.Awasthy wish to read it. 9. Provision of Wifi is mentioned but inspite of request , not provided. 10. Initially she advised that PAYTM is accepted but later on while checking out she demanded that half the bill amount should be paid in cash. 11.We have booked two rooms but the care taker was trying to allot rooms on different floors.... Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
