    Worst Hotel With Worst Staff Ever

    I booked the hotel through Paytm which was booked through Cleartrip & i booked a Deluxe Non AC Room for 2 nights form 12am - 12 am. I arrived the hotel at 6 am in the morning as my flight was delayed, the staff at the desk told me that sir your check in time is 12pm in afternoon, after explaining him the difference b/w am & pm I agreed that my check in time is 12 am(midnight) so he asked me to wait for 5 min so that till then room is ready. After 10 min he came & asked me to go to Room 103 which was terrible, not clean, small, dirty etc. but I thought this is my luck & I stayed there. Next night when i was passing by the reception I got to know that all the room on 1st floor our Standard Non AC & Deluxe Non AC Rooms are on 2nd floor, I asked him to explain me why he did this to me & I demanded a refund, the guy at desk on night duty said we will give you refund at the tome of checkout. Next day at the time of checkout the guy at desk changed called himself the main manager etc. of Hotel & claimed to be working there for 5 years said me no refund will be provided. I said but that's wrong as he cheated me & didn't gave me Deluxe Room as provided but he argued with me & said the room which he gave to me on 1st floor(103) is also Deluxe Non AC & argues that there are no Standard Non Ac Room in his hotel(which is completely wrong as his tariff card at hotel also has Standard Non AC Room Specified). Also I compared both the room on 1st & 2nd floor & they where different in many aspects. I also said the guys at desk that I'll complain at Paytm but he said that do whatever you want you wont get refund. When I complained at Paytm about the matter, they talked to some Mr. Anaksh at hotel he said he provided me Deluxe Non AC Room only & he also falsely claimed that he provided me 2 times airport drop instead of 1 as mentioned(But it is completely a lie, I requested him for the 2nd time but my request was denied). So my humble request to everybody is please don't book the hotel & all you guys at the hotel, dont worry I will go to Consumer Court to have justice... More

    Stayed in the hotel from 20th Oct-23rd October 2017 with Family.We booked two rooms on 2nd floor. Its a two story hotel. If you are travelling with aging parents, It does not have lifts. It does not have telephone extension in the individual rooms. Although, there is one extension on each floor ,in the corridor. The drinking water dispenser is at the first floor. You need to help yourself to get water(no cold water, only normal and hot water). They do not have 24*7 electrician and plumber support. I had change my room twice because of faulty A.C and water leakage. They do provide free breakfast but we get same menu for 4 days( 2 idli,1 vada, 1 scoop of pongal, sambhar pouch and coconut chatni). No Almirah in the room for clothes. There are just one hanger with four hinges and 3*1 feet long dressing table. towel and soap is provided. We were served with welcome drinks. All the above issues may seems trivial if you are travelling alone or with friends.But with family, all these things matter a lot. The manager told me they are revamping infra and facilities.... More

    lots of bedmarks in the room we take room for stay but i take room for catching bed marks (mutai poochi) and staffs are not having manners to knock door and wait after knocking suddenly open the door totally the hotel is waste my total night spoiled with bed marks ... More

Located just 1.5 kms away from the airport and 12 kms from the Chennai railway station, Value Hotel houses a total of 28 well furnished rooms to choose from. Airport transportation on charge is also offered by the hotel. A travel desk for sight seeing assistance is also available in the hotel.

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
