    First of all, contacting this hotel did not work but called to their OYO call center and it was a catastrophe because they did not understand me and I did not them, but told me that I did not have a reservation (through hotels.com you could make a reservation without paying but it was not reserved, hotel has cancelled it, you had to pay!), they even told at some point that this is not even for international customers... you could not get to your room before the check in time even you had contacted them and would have been able to pay for it, so left my baggage to the management room and had to spend like 4 hrs in the city to get my room. Taxi drivers did not know this hotel so every time had to tell, first time when arriving it was a bit hard!! It was a dirt road to there, no asphalt. Decent but not good, asmall restaurant, Raju's happy shed, near to it. Downstairs the hotel had a small bar with bottled water etc available for a reasonable price, did not try anything else from there. I had a nice looking spacey room with fresh air, ac working. Got my luggage carried to my room, no elevator, outdoor stairs. Got only one big towel. Small amount of toilet paper was there also. Saw rats running on the upper floor roofs. Was told that I will have my breakfast brought up to my room before 10am. There were options of some rice food, omelette, ginger tea (ready with milk and sugar), toast, buttet and marmalade. First morning tried everything and did not like anything of those so next morning told that I will have only tea. There were also some dishware in the cupboard of my kitchen which they were using to serve and they really were not too clean and they brushed those with the same towel which one guy was carrying on his hip. There were visible dirt on almost each piece of tableware. One morning we went to get some breakfast downstairs with my friend because were leaving early off to city and were told that we should not be eating there, we were supposed to wait our breakfast to come upstairs. After that, next days we did not get anymore breakfast brought to upstairs, wtf?! When ordered room cleaning I could not even be sure was my towel changed because it was a bit moist and looking wrinkled and dirty when I came. Eletricity went off and on for many days, even though it looked like they had a generator and ups in every room. Also wifi internet was up and down all the time, at some point down for three to four days. Also it was so weak that it did not reach to the room at all. Staff management was not too friendly, if I brought some problem up, next day they were joking of me when they saw me. Pool time and actions were restricted, for example no smoking, but it did not apply to those drunken groups who were jumping to it late night with their clothes on. There was a guard 24/7, but sometimes sleeping, sometimes focuses on his phone and some funny videos. There were many REALLY loud groups of indian and russian guests who were making many nights unsleepable with loud shouting, loud music and even with playing drums and moving furniture A LOT. There was also a construction site next door so loud noises from there all the day. I don't know how to tell everything I experienced but I don't recommend this hotel.... More

    Rooms and bathrooms were clean however a couple difficulties -bathroom door didn’t shut -air con only worked on 18degrees which led to an uncomfortable night as we were unable to turn it off -only one blanket provided for two single beds so had to push beds together to share -internet didn’t work Overall alright for one night... More

    Hotel is in good area, candolim beach is one of the clean n beautiful beach . once we enterd we found big rat in 3rd floor, lots of Lizzard potties on Wall n attached kitchen, room was big. Breakfast was not good and service was also not up to the mark. No lift. Cots r not comfortable.Not good for couple who is having small kid... More

    Positives we all slept really well, there is a pool though we never saw it get any sun, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Negatives there were things in all three of our rooms that were not quite right such as a glass panel in the bathroom in 433 meant if you are stood at the toilet (as a man) you can see on to the corridor and vice versa. This said I would stop again.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
