    Stayed two days in this centrally located property for wedding ceremony. This included catering, accommodation for all family functions and special treats. I would appreciate the quality of services provided by the hotel. In particular the service with smile by Mr Sushant Mgr. Mrs Meenakashi and the catering man Mr Anand.     We stayed here for 2 nights then another night after traveling around the golden triangle. The rooms were adequate, a fridge that did not work and some of our party had no hot water. The bed linen was grubby. Looked like they had not put on fresh linen from the last guest. In the restaurant we were told they had run out of beer. After traveling for 12 hours I would of killed for a beer at 9pm. We ordered 4 pizzas to be told they only had 3 left. I opted for a veg burger. This came out the size of a slider with four potato wedges and a tablespoon of coleslaw. Others in our party were also told their choices were not available and the meals that did come out were served to the wrong people. All in all a forgettable experience.... More

    We stayed 3 nights as part of a tour. Rooms were clean and fine. Bar service was very good - except they didn't have local beers! Meals were tasty and they were large servings. Delhi has many extra taxes so food and alcohol are not cheap. Locality may not be the best for foreigners, so we didn't go out at night. It is okay in the daytime. The staff (and there were many of them!) were attentive and tried to be helpful and understand us. Probably 3 star by Australian standards but overall a decent place to stay.... More

    We were on a group and the CLEANLINESS OF THE BED LINNEN were so very bad. It was all brown and with stains which I didn't wanted to sleep at all. And the cost we spent was not at all worthy for the comforts and food they had. It was a very limited variety of food which cost us RS 500 per buffet. But we spent the same for a lovely meal at night out side the hotel. Never will get back or recommend for any ........ More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
