    We had enjoyed the taste of food at Tulip Inn and also the rooms are small and cosy with all the amenities. The rooms have good ambience though is it small they tried to make it feel as if it's a complete package.... More

    Location : Only good for Gujarat High Court and nearby area. Property : Old property needs some real renovation and upgrade. Rooms : Small rooms with cramped bathroom. No running hot water in evening, had to ask at reception to get hot water. Rooms need some upkeep. Cleanliness : Not at all good. Service : Poor real poor, had to ask thrice for a bottle of packed water from room service and was sent after almost an hour. Sorry stat of service. Breakfast : OK, Check Out : I didn't see my bill at the time of payment. Afterwards I saw someone else's bill of Tea with a charge of INR 105 added to my bill. It's not that I paid 100 extra but that shows the way the management functions. I am sorry I made a wrong choice, as I had some work in the near vicinity. I would not recommend to my friends. Value for Money : I paid a little more than INR 4700/- but it was not worth it.... More

    Real Hell on the SG Highway

    A run down place, crooked staff, tried to pass off a room with broken windows as a suite. Was in room number 203, facing the highway, since the windows are neither sound proof nor airtight, one can keep counting the number of lorries passing by the entire night rather than getting sleep. The room also gets filled with exhaust fumes making it a ' Real Hell on the Highway'. The air-conditioning does not work! It carries a name as Tulip Inn, not sure whether it is accredited to the brand.... More

    Pathetic hotel, Terrible service, unco-operative staff

    At present i am staying in these hotel with my family.. The hotel is tulip inn And Customer are like Bakra Hotel is out of the city Rooms are too compact.. Walls are too leaky Rooms smells fishy.. No staff to carry luggage to rooms.. I checked in @ 9.30 Pm After half an hour AC stops working... housekeeping came and gave excuses of technical fault.. and restarts the system.. We fell asleep around 11.30 @ 12.50 i was forced to wake up due to choking up in suffocation due to AC Failure... On calling front desk a men came with a key after 30 minutes (which hardly shud takes 2 minutes from ground floor to 3 floor) and ask to shift the room in midnight while my family still sleeping n unaware of problems I refused to shift instead asked them to cooperate and leave the keys of another room and tell them to solve the problem... After some ANARI boy tried something but ac started and failed again in few minutes.. After shouting and several complaints at front desk a men then send a keys after 40 minutes to shift to another floor.. After complaints the technical boy came.. and solves the problems.. but we insisted front desk that gave us extra keys of adjacent room in case if again AC fails we cud shift ourselves without shifting the luggage.. But they didnt listened our single request Just kept on saying that if problem persists we will give key to shift to another room ... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
