    Need to renovate the hotel

    Indeed my stay was huge in this hotel so got the chance to get to know the hotel inside out. Very first thing is that management must think seriously to renovate this property. This property will definitely rock. All staff working at hotel are great. Very helpful. For last few days of my visit I used to go work bit late and used to come back in room by 2 to 2.30 in the night. Whenever I used to call room service for food I used to get what I required. I would like to thank hotel for such a lovely staff. In bathroom while taking shower water comes out in toilet area through door. Television sets in the room are placed so oddly that due to a glass on it all reflection of lights in behing me was all I can see in it. To watch television I had to switch off my all lights in room.... More

    The room size mentioned on site is actually half size and hotel bathrooms are too small and hotel upkeep is pathetic. Breakfast is pathetic too lift is too small in size no more than 2 people can travel in loft. Even the hotel staff is uncourteous Never try this hotel... More

    Since i has to stay only for 6 hours I saw photos I thought is not bad. But trust me it’s completely run down. Towels are dirty bed linen is stained. Need immediate renovation. Not worth even for 2 hours. ... More

    Done booking through agoda. Mistakely done booking for 1 pax so instantly had a word with manager and he correction done by him well so staff was nice and helpfull food was also good and for location on Sg highway not preffereable if you having work in city rooms are neat and well maintained would recommend for people having work on SG highway. Well its on highway still you will feel peace in room.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
