    I have'nt seen and outwardly good looking but terrible INSIDE hotel before. The room furniture gets dew and neither the AC or Heater works. Room decor and linen is very good, but you have to follow up for hot water in the room. The breakfast inclusion is a joke as you do not get a good choice/ menu and service. The cleanliness is most wanting in his hotel. Staff is good and polite. The lovely menu for food is creative but the items available is onl 4 or 5 - I wonder why they spend so much on designing elaborate menucards.... More

    we visited ooty 1st to 4th july 2017 ,our booking is in fab Hotel Khemas but when we reached at that hotel we found it pathetic hotel, i called fab and asked them about the condition of that hotel, they immediately called back and arranged our stay at Fab Hotel Sholas Residency ...i must appreciate the support of Fab (Mr.Abhishek) ... Fab Hotel Sholas Residency is much better hotel and rooms are really good...reception is helpful Mr. Harish and Manager ....Breakfast is good...rooftop restaurant is good ....staff is helpfull...they also know some hindi ....recommended fully.....     The property is located very near to the main road but the approach road is little narrow. The rooms are nice and spacious. As we arrived the property we were greeted by welcome tea. The check in process took about 15-20 minutes as we took some time to select the rooms. Both the front desk representatives are very nice and polite.They helped us deciding the day's itinerary .There is no such scenic/hill view from any of the rooms except the restaurant area. The breakfast was basic but tastes good.Actually all the food we ordered during our stay was nice.It will satisfy both South or North taste buds.The bed linens were having stains but was changed on request.Overall its a good budget accommodation near the town center....     We booked into this hotel to escape a far more expensive hotel in Ooty and we were pleasantly surprised. A spacious modern room, good shower/toilet and all very clean. Charming and very helpful staff as well. A short walk into the centre of Ooty. Good value.... More

    Rooms are good.. Room service is average because they don't have sufficient staff.. They don't have a proper running kitchen.. and most of the menu items are unavailable.. This hotel is hardly 1 km from commercial street but road to this hotel is really bad.. They don't have dedicated parking.. so you have to park your car outside..... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
