    Loved staying at this place. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were totally adequate, though they could do with a few more English speaking tv channels. The pool is small but adequate for the size of the property. we essentially had the pool to ourselves for the whole week. There are several good restaurants and bars with a few minutes walk of the hotel plus a 7/11. there are quite a few more bars and restaurants, banks etc about a 15 minute walk. Maybe the hotel could organise the odd paid transfer to the more livelier parts? However on most evenings we were happy with the local offerings. Whilst we were there they were about to open a coffee shop next door which might be handy fro breakfast.... More

    Sweet little place off the main road from the north to Laguna area. Clean and modern. Helpful staff. Good restaurants in the immediate area, try the one next door called so full. We used a moped to get around as the beach is a 7min ride away (45min walk) and the boat avenue 1min (15min walk)... More

    Pretty gardens and pool area

    We stayed for 6 nights, friendly welcome and throughout our stay. Our rooms and resort areas are exceptionally clean. They are just about to open a coffee shop and we were their testers today. Very nice 😀 About 15 min walk from lagoon area with bars etc. However, we found a few gems nearby: @lhong at pasak, @sofull - both great for Thai food on just drinks @wutdybar - they served Thai food here, we didn't try any just had drinks. There is a 7eleven within 2 mins walk and @theciderhousephuket is on opposite side of the road serving beers/ales/cheers etc and has a pool table.... More

    Brand New Hotel, very clean rooms, extremely nice staff

    We stayed at Parida Resort for 5 nights from January 15 to January 20, 2018. The room was very spacious. The staff changed sheets and towels every day. The front office was extremely knowledgeable about the local attractions and provided us great recommendations for tourist activities. They also made reservations for us to see Fantasea show, to go diving , kayaking and visiting other islands. We were picked up from the hotel on time. Our stay was really excellent experience.The service was very professional and I would highly recommend this resort.... More

    My partner and I booked in for four nights at the Parida "Resort" Phuket. The general lay out of the resort is quite nice, not luxury by any means, but for what you pay, I would say is ok. The resort is situated on an extremely busy main road, I would have checked out immediately if I had had my young son with me as it would be incredibly easy to run out onto the road from the pool. The noise of the traffic aside, the rooms were clean and well equipped. The cleaning staff were friendly and always did a very good job of the rooms. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the management, although we had very little to do with them throughout our stay, when it came to check out day, we returned the key in exchange to our 1000 ($40) key deposit, the girl at reception refused to return our deposit because "the light in fridge broken", whether this was before or during our stay I couldn't tell you as we'd only used it for water and hadn't paid much attention. The girl said she couldn't possibly refund us any of our deposit as it would be needed to fix the light. When I argued the point that a) this is a minor disfunction that should be the hotels responsibility to maintain and b) how could be be sure the light was even working when we checked into the room, she became quite aggressive and started shouting that we must pay for something we had 'broken'. In hind sight I should have called the police, however for the amount of stress involved relative to the amount of money, my partner and I decided just to get a taxi the hell out of there. We've stayed in a variety of accommodation around South Eat Asia ranging from luxury to 'roughing it', and never have we ever experienced anything like this. It's safe to say we will not be recommending this place, rather warn people so they don't have to suffer the same problem. Spoiling their trip as it did ours.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
