    The hotel is a budget hotel and unlike the photos of the rooms shown on sites. The quality of service is way below the mark. Rooms are small except for premium room which is slightly bigger. The breakfast is of extremely inferior quality. They only provided two dishes out of which one was macaroni and other was variable like burnt paranthas and oily fried idlis etc during my stay. There were no towels in the washroom and i had to keep asking them after whuch they obliged. Cable was not working and had to call a number of times till the guy fixed it. I sincerely feel that a brand like Treebo pulls up the management and service staff at this hotel so that they dont spoil their brand and live upto the good standards. I asked for a refund for my balance stay as i checked out early. I must appreciate their customer support and officers in Bangalore who were extremely prompt and professional in their duties. I sincerely thank them for helping me and making that episode the only pleasurable one i had with Treebo. It was them who lived upto their brand name and standards. Thank you. ... More

    Please allow payment through cashless mode.Wifi is very good but sometimes it block.Please repair or replace some switches / bulbs.Please place separate slippers and polish in room.Geyser provide warm hot but not too much so please take a look over it.... More

    Lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff. Room was very comfortable with clean bed linen, good decor and good size with all the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and good . Restaurant has a polite staff, Anuj Tiwari is helpful and food was yummy ! Sachin and Bhupendra was very very polite and helpful. Front desk was extremely helpful in everything too ! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with fabulous luxury of 5 star with very reasonable rate . We would definitely come back here again . Overview

Treebo Signature Inn offers free Wi-Fi connectivity and free breakfast to all patrons. It is situated at a distance of 3 km from the Jaipur international Airport and 10 km from the Jaipur Railway Station. It comprises 22 spacious and air-conditioned guestrooms with amenities that include separate sitting area, television, wardrobe, writing desk, television and attached bathroom with hot/cold water supply.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
