    We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night and they still charged us for the 2 nights. The hotel is cold and damp. The bedding is damp and dirty. They give you one single bed sheet in the middle of winter to cover 2 people. We asked for heaters they bring broken ones that looks unsafe and say all of Delhi cold. We ask for blankets they say no only one. The sheets are dirty and rooms smell moldy. They say we can only change room not get refund. My children got sick bc of the cold in this hotel and we had to leave. We paid for premium triple rooms but did not get that. We had to wait 3 hours to get another mattress put in the room. I would not recommend anyone with children to stay here. We had to go out and buy blankets because the rooms were that cold. ... More

    The hotel is in mid of karol bag market and near to karol bag metro station. The premium rooms are tidy with no good ventilation/window points. In this winter, no arrangement of heating kettle and hot air blower either. Although, it was arranged somehow to me but it is not the part of standard amenities. The toilet is stained even in ready room. No tea and coffee kits were available in room. Food is available from outside only. The overall grading is average and not fabulous at all.     Stayed here for almost a week in Oct 2019. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and the hot water worked, what more can I ask for ? The hotel is very handy to the Karol Bagh market but is not right on a busy street, so is reasonably peaceful (as far as possible in India) The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and clean sheets ! Staff were helpful with any problems I had navigating Delhi, helped me arrange HoHo bus etc. I recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced hotel.... More

    Hotel location is excellent, only 5 km from new delhi railway station. We hired ola cab for rs 100 to reach the hotel. Nearby is a grand market with lots of show rooms. Resturant Feast house is a nice option for eating nearby. Rooms are small and congested. Washrooms were nice. Overall, a good budget hotel, but not that comfortable. ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
