    First - the location of the hotel in Google maps is incorrect but there is a helpful board hanging which will lead you into an alley where the hotel is located Booked through OYO, Service was very slow and unprofessional , had to call reception thrice to get hot drinking water (took 1 and half hours for a jug of hot water) Isn't very safe - someone knocked and pressed the bell at our door at 4 am...... Continuously (we didn't open our door) During checkout manager asked for the OTP send by OYO so that he could give his hotel good ratings. There is no decent food joint outside and you are left at the mercy of the hotel kitchen where the food is unappetizing and oily ... More

    Расположение рядом с аэропортом. Можно за 20 мин и 200 рупий доехать на такси с ночного рейса, если таксист не заплутает и отоспаться. Отель находится в относительно тихом переулке. Пожалуй, это единственный положительный момент. Переспать! Near the airport. 15-20 min by taxi for 200R (if a taxi driver will find the Hotel without delay). The Hotel situated at a rather quiet street. May be it is the second positive moment. Good sleep if you are lucky with neigbours. Quite space rooms but of not first freshness. Завтрак довольно скудный, причем в номере. Готовят где-то наверху в крошечной комнатке, где, похоже и спят. В душе постоянно подтекала вода из труб на пол, пришлось положить коврик перед унитазом, чтобы ходить по сухому. ТВ - несколько местных каналов. Найти отель трудно, за один день пришлось дважды ехать к нему на такси, и оба раза водители с трудом его находили среди разбитых пыльных переулков. Breakfast rather scanty and served in the room, because there is no breakfast room in the Hotel. Dishes cooked somewhere under the roof in the smallest room which seemed was also used for staff sleeping. An elevator. Permanent leakage from water tubes in the bathroom. Had to replace small carpet from front door to the bathroom not to step onto wet stone floor. TV - limited number of local channels. Very difficult to find the Hotel. Within one day used taxis twice and both times drivers were unable to locate it among dusty narrow streets with broken roads without help of locals.... More

    Very helpful manager. Stayed one night before heading to the airport. Perfect location for anyone doing the same. Rooms and bed comfortable and clean. No restaurant but breakfast served on a tray in the room.... More

    Booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport as we were travelling home early the next day. Disappointing that there was no restaurant and that breakfast was served in our room as we were with family and would have liked to eat together, but on the plus side the bedroom was quiet and clean and the breakfast was fine.... Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
