    Easy last minute booking

    Our driver recommended the hotel as our pre booked hotel fell through. Staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived around 9pm. Room was good size,it seemed in moderate condition. Once we settled in we noticed there were a few small stains on bed sheets, also no towels and no toilet paper. Reception was quick to bring towels/paper when we asked. Bathroom was tidy although shower could have done with a clean. Locks on doors did not seem very secure and we could hear our neighbour's in next room. Overall staff were helpful friendly and prompt but room was pretty average. Breakfast was basic but very tasty! Omelettes were still hot when we got to breaky so that was great with toast. 2 Fruits with cornflakes paratha with condiments toast fruit juice hot tea coffee and milk also available.... More

    Decent rooms with low maintenance standard and worst food

    The hotel is constructed well but the maintenance is not good as the washrooms were not clean and rooms were also untidy and not kept well. The worst part during the stay was food, as they have only 1 indian dish in breakfast with bananas and bread/butter, no service staff at restaurant except 1 person who would be taking care of all the restaurant guests during the morning breakfast. The food was overall very bad and all cold, which compell you to either eat out or get some Swiggy/Zomato for delivery at hotel. The location was decent as it was near Jal mahal area but far from the city area and new Jaipur region. So it depends on person, how and what area they want to stay. Parking space in front of the hotel was less for parking not more than 7-8 vehicles (max).... More

    A three star hotel which punches well above its weight

    This hotel, in a convenient location, sets a good impression from the moment you enter. The staff are friendly, professional and welcoming, and the service throughout is really good. The room was large, clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. I have paid a lot more for rooms far less good. A big plus for a European -hot water in the showers and sinks, by no means universal even in five star hotels in India! The food was good, the ambience restful, but for me the staff were what really recommends this hotel to travellers. I have stayed in hotels of all kinds in India over the years, but this one ranks far higher than its three star rating. i would happily stay again.... More

    Unbelievably welcoming!

    An excellent place with excellent stuffs.special mentions should be made of Aman who always smiles and greets everyone all around the clock. Raju bhaiya who served my meal and each and every staff. I fell ill for two days from overworking and everyone catered to everything I might have needed. They arranged a doctor's visit, kept me in supervision, served me food that was prescribed. I stayed there for 6 days for a conference in the city, and I can't describe what a fabulous experience I had.The rooms are awesome, all you could expect and more. Deserves to be uplifted to a four star hotel coz it provides 4 star hotel facilities. Good space, modern decor with traditional touches. Excellent food and bestest stuffs including the owner.cum manager Dabil ji. I will love to go to Rajasthan and stay there Everytime. If you want to feel home in a hotel...King Palace is the place....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
