I cancelled my booking after arriving at this property. Does not even has a lift. Rude, uncurteous and unprofessional staff at the reception. They were initially hesistant to show the room and insisted that I take the room even before seeing it. After a bit of persuassion they did relent but told me to leave the room while I was seeing it, as they were afraid that the room might get dirty ( as if I had come after ploughing a field on the way from the airport ). Treebo mend your act or else you are a sinking ship.

We arrived 30 minutes early, and the staff didn't even let us wait in the hotel. He was very rude asked us to come at time of check-in (12 noon). We asked if we could leave our baggages and they said we could leave the baggage at the hotel. But, they won't be responsible if anything happens. Finally, with the bags we wandered around. And returned to the hotel at 12:10pm. The hotel receptionist said that the room wasn't ready and asked is to wait for 15 minutes. Even after 20 minutes, the room wasn't ready. We asked about the delay, the hotel staff was very rude, and didn't give any proper reply. We had to wait another 20 minutes without knowing when our room will be ready.
The poor service doesn't end there. I requested for a spoon and they didn't bother to send it so, (after 30 minutes) I had go to reception and ask for it, and still they made me wait for another 10 minutes at the reception (just to give me the spoon). It was worse for WiFi credentials. I asked for the credentials at the time of check-in and they said it will be send via SMS. Later, I reminded them to send the WiFi credentials. Then visited the reception and finally got the username and password at 7:35pm(they were supposed to give it at 12pm).
Even after letting us in after 50 minutes from the provided check-in time. They insisted that we should leave at 11am.
So, rude and unprofessional staff, slow service and room is a little dirty. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. The room is fine if you get it for 1000-1300(I stayed for 1299) provided you need to stay at that location and is ready to bear the horrible staff. Still I might recommend you to find some other place because I only mentioned few things which went wrong, and I hate every minute in the hotel. If I could rate 0 I would. And I made a account im TripAdvisor just to post this review, because I hated it that much and I don't want anyone else to go through similar experience.
I had seen lots of negative reviews and I thought "after all I not planning to stay in my room for 23hours, most of it will be spent outside, the location is really convenient" I guess I will never make such mistake again.
Stay was good at hotel .. Staff is supporting and location is also very good.

overall good experience, room is exactly beside reception, so would get noice of reception counter. would recommend the stay at hotel as staff and service is attractive. breakfast will have limited option but whatever served was tasty. Location of the property is good.surrounded by IT companies and all the good restaurants are available nearby.

Need to improve washroom/ bathroom and waterThe water for bathing is not good and have some black dust material.The washroom is somewhat clean but looks very old and very small.Breakfast and service was good

when I want to extend my stay for one more day, advantage taken by sales dept. and demanded more.so I was forced to pay 20% extra. This shall be a discount case if you want to stay more days.So next time i will stay with extension price guarantee hotels. If no room is available it is ok. we can understand and vacate.
