    We visited Goa in the month of January 2020. Our stay was made really pleasant by the hotel we stayed in,' Treebo trend de Vila'. The entire staff, under the able supervision of Ms Perpetua, ensured that it was a comfortable stay. The hotel is well connected with all the major places of tourist interest (closest being St Anthony church) through local transport as well as taxis are easily available. I must appreciate the personal attention each and every guest got from Ms Perpetua. For the first time travellers like us she doubled up as a guide too, which helped us utilize each and every day of our stay in Goa to the fullest. The credit for making our trip memorable definitely goes to Ms Perpetua and the Treebo trend de vila. The warmth, facilities and homely feel we got here has got etched in our hearts forever. It would not be wrong to call it a Home away from home. Thank you Treebo and Ms Perpetua. We will surely come again.... More

    Ziva was an amazing experience...right from our check in to our check out...our amazing host pooja...who had a pot full off know how about what is happening around goa and the places to visit as well our the amazing people serving us durong our stay there, Lobo, Gitesh , Sandesh, Macon & Vishal :) thank you all for making this stay and experience special. Was very impressed with the decor of ziva suites, the thought process in doing up the place...the time...the effort..it's more of an effort to maintain a place than to build it....and ziva has stood by those expectations. Thank you once again and looking forward to sharing more memories over there. ps : do try the fish thali...it's amazing.. small simple and no complications....that's how we love it.... More

    Beautiful place with an amazing staff

    The place is really amazing for friends and family. The six of us stayed here for 3 days and loved every minute of it. The breakfast is really tasty and homely even with the limited options. The pool is small but is sufficient enough for dip. Its cleaned every morning. The host Ms Perpetua is really welcoming. She made sure we were taken care of. You can ask her for the best places to visit or order food from. Hangouts is 500 mts away and provides lunch and dinner at a reasonable rate. Will definitely visit this place again. Cheers!!... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
