    Spent a night and two days at Treebo Angson during my recent visit to Chennai with family. Left quite disappointed in the end. The room was okay for the price. However, amenities in the bathroom were not provided like a glass for toothbrushes, hand towels, etc. Handwash soap was just thrown here and there, not something you'd expect or accept in a Treebo property. The staff was quite disinterested in their jobs, I felt, right from the front desk reception to the staff serving rooms and the kitchen staff as well. So dry and indifferent, to say the least. The property boasted of a gymnasium, but the gym was actually a store room, where a lot of items were strewn all over the place, dusty an untidy. The terrace garden hardly resembled a terrace garden. The complimentary breakfast on both days was easily the worst breakfast I have ever had in hotels I've stayed at across the country. Set dosas were bad, the sambhar had water and dal separated, tea and coffee was sad. They served rice for breakfast in India. Pooris were cold. The place where items were served just looked horrible. To top it, there were ants in the sugar bowl and the staff calmly served the ant-infested sugar bowl to other customers. It was only when we pointed it out did they realize. Pathetic! The only saving grace of this place is the location, in prime Besant Nagar. The entry is also good. Apart from this, nothing works in favour of Treebo Angson, probably the price. A LOT of improvements required here, else this place would shut shop quite soon!... More

    It's really amazing and very thoughtful of the promoter to give that 2nd Home feeling.I liked the Quality of Soap supplied and the creativity on the words used for products.The stag is also very responsive..Thank you very much..... More

    Good property in terms of location but below par otherwise on all other basic parameters

    Chose to stay at this property end of Aug 18 for 2 nights primarily because of its location and pricing... but was disappointed on the overall stay because of bad maintenance, upkeep, cleanliness and unavailability of basic services all the time during the stay. Apart from one of the guys at the reception, all other staff members are highly inexperienced or untrained to handle guests. During this stay the WiFi in the room wasn’t working as well. Would definitely avoid this hotel in the future and wouldn’t recommend to anyone for sure.... More

    Parking is on road and I feel safety is major concern for vehicle.Piece of mind is not there due to that sort of parking.I booked 2 rooms and got the rooms at different floors. People prefer rooms to be on same floor during stay with family. Rooms booked in well advance... More

    There has been a steep fall in the standards

    I used to stay in the property whenever I visited Chennai for the last 3 years. I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the maintenance of the property this time. The restaurant is closed, they buy very limited items (idli and vada only) for breakfast. The rooms are not maintained and are smelling. I shall try not staying in the place henceforth.... More

Offering free breakfast service and Wi-Fi connectivity, Treebo Angson in Chennai is approximately situated at a distance of 14 km from the Chennai International Airport and 9 km from the Marina Beach. It comprises 15 well-equipped guestrooms spread across 2 floors for accommodation. All rooms have amenities that include bottled drinking water, television with cable connection, tea/coffee maker, in-room safe and attached bathroom with hot/cold water supply. Treebo Angson in Chennai offers 24-hour front desk ,room service and laundry to all patrons. Thiruvanmiyur MRTS Station is approximately 2 km and Chennai Central Railway Station is 15 km away from the property.Some of the prominent places approximately are Elliots Beach (2 km) and Ashtalakshmi Temple (1 km).


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
