    A nice hotel with very friendly staff

    I stayed here for a couple of days during early January. Simple and nice and clean hotel at a very quiet location. Very friendly staff. Particularly I would like to mention about Bhupal Bisht at the reception. A nice friendly guy. The complimentary breakfast is also nice. The rooms are pretty clean, as well as the washrooms/toilets.     Avoid this hotel if you have the choice

    Please avoid this hotel if you are someone looking for a pleasant hotel experience and value/rely on the integrity and professionalism of the hotel staff. We had reserved this hotel at the last minute for meetings in Delhi, and we arrived at the hotel, we were told we could check in only with out-of-state IDs, not local Delhi IDs. Since this is such an unusual and strange policy (that local residents cannot check into a hotel in their own city), we missed this on the hotel website while making the reservation - our mistake. We did not a non-local ID on hand. But the staff now had an air of suspicion and consipiracy - some gathered together at the front desk apparently discussing our case, and eyeing us. It made us feel entirely unwelcome, creating an unpleasant and hostile atmosphere for us. They then almost told us we should leave, and more importantly, that if we cancel, we would get a full refund. Because we trusted the staff - and one particular staff member told us this, and we have his name - we decided to cancel the booking despite the fact that the policy stated otherwise on the hotel website - only one night refund. Now we have been refunded for one night only, and when we called the hotel customer care to dispute this and explain that we had only gone by what their staff said, they say the staff denies saying this, and we will not get a full refund. The customer care even told us we should not have listened to what the hotel staff told us! So we have now lost a day's cost for no fault of ours. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would not trust its and I am surprised by its high ratings on Tripadvisor. I will not consider any of this brand's hotels for my stays in the future, anywhere in India. Please consider other hotels that have trustworthy staff members and an ethical brand orientation.... More

    Simple Hotel, quiet location

    Simple hotel in a quiet location, but it is a little run down. Generally the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were very hospitable, polite and helpful. We were there in winter though and rooms just have A/C, so can be a little cold. Good Wifi connection.... More

    Good location, quite area , 5 mins walk from Metro station, very friendly staff, excellent food with home made taste. I would recommend this hotel for family vacation. One suggestion I have on availability of hot water- should be there through out the day in winter. Currently hot water is available in morning hours only.... More

    The bedding was amazing and had a very nice sleep over there. Washroom was clean and the breakfast had a lot of choices. I stayed over there for 2 nights and the staff was very helpful as well. So, whichever hotel I’ve been to, the dental kit is always free but the dental kit wasn’t free here. I had to pay extra for it. It’s not that I had to pay a very small amount for but that I had to pay at all. Dental kits should be free. Also, my booking specifically said that all toiletries were free but when I showed them the booking they said that it excluded dental kits. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️... More

This 3 Star boutique hotel sports 19 rooms done up with bold colours and mod decor. The hotel makes use of energy-saving systems like CFLs, solar panels and natural light. Services include a 24-hour restaurant, laundry, first aid, car rental, currency exchange, and facilities for the disabled and children. The terrace garden offers a view of the city and forestland beyond. Situated close to the industrial section of South Delhi, the hotel nevertheless offers the quietude sought by discerning guests.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
