    Before 3year ago I visit here that time well maintain property , clean property but this time very disappointed. Not clean , too much mosquito, no hot water comes , dirty villa from inside , v bad food this time , v bad noisy bed no comfort, before booking resorts not inform you there any live activities during you booking dates.. I booked for 3days I need to check out in one day. And they spoil my money. If anyone read my review my suggestion is never ever visit here. ... More

    Hi, we booked economy room but they were give us executive room to stay, and it was nice and clean. We check in at 12.00 noon after go for sunny da dhaba for lunch, then in hotel only we get evening breakfast veg sandwich which was awsm, At dinner time all food are awsm with swwt and ice creams, next day morning we check out at 11 am, breakfast of morning also very good with lots of variety. but price is too high with GST 8.1k for economy room which is not worth, price must be max 5 k....     Had been to treasure island resort this weekend. They charge Rs 6000 per room - only room no breakfast, nothing. So we expected a room of that type. But the room was as good as those found in hotels charging half the prices. Also, the toiletries are very average. About food, taste is just ok, not delicious. We asked them to give us empty cups in our room and never got them. The resort property as such is good - very big and the pool is good. DONT EXCEPT TOO MUCH FROM THIS RESORT.... More

    I am writing this review on behalf of a group of my relatives who are all senior citizens. It was a group of 3 elderly ladies (aged 68 to 75) who had visited the resort in the first week of April 2017. They insisted that I submit a review so that others realise how poor this resort is. Here are some instances that they mentioned I must write in the review: 1. The rooms were not great, especially when compared to the price. 2. The tea/coffee served in the room was not hot enough. 3. In the restaurant when they ordered bread-butter, it would come without the butter. 4. Despite mentioning that one of the tea would be without sugar, they would happily ignore and get all the teas with sugar. 5. When they ordered some drinks in the room, it would come without the ice cubes. When the manager was briefed about all of the above, he offered a discount of some 5% on the total bill, which was quite annoying given the issues mentioned above. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this plan made by my aunts. I am very much aware that Treasure Island's focus is wedding events and they hardly care for their other guests. While it is a 3-star hotel (I guess) and for that star rating one should not expect much, but then the pricing is way to high.... More

Overview

Unwind in the comfortable ambiance of this 4Star leisure getaway at Mumbai-Pune Highway. A total of 97 guestrooms categorized into the Deluxe Suite, the Standard Suite, Executive Room, the Premium Room and Lagoon Villa / Cottage are available for guests to choose from. Guests can savour on a pure vegetarian fare at the Baywatch Restaurant, which is open for diners from 8 to 11p.m. There is also a banquet and a conference venue with the necessary equipments.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
