    One of the best resort I have visited till now. My wife, son and I want to express to you and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at your resort. It was a fantastic experience for me and my family. A wonderful mini-vacation! The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of “Service Excellence”. The staff were extremely courteous. Our stay at Resort was an excellent weekend break. We stayed in lagoon villa with pool, The room is spacious, clean and super comfortable. It felt like a staying with private beach, very clean and clear water. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa the next best part was the fantastic food. Variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The dining staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Special appreciation and commendation goes to Mr. Varun Lala who was very friendly, helpful and really went the extra mile to furnish me with any information I required. Mr. Varun displayed admirable qualities of respect, dignity and leadership together. All respect for you who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality. And best one is we all enjoyed the events arrange by him like Magic show, housie, family games and music which make us feel like we are enjoying with our own families.     Nodoubt hotel is good,rooms r good, resto is excellent for veggies but worst management. We hv booked 3 rooms, they gave us 1 on ground flr and 2 on 1st flr and said all rooms r full, then when we made out tht rooms were empty they gave us 3 rooms on grd flr but rooms were not ready so they gave us at 3pm. During check out they called us sharp at 10am and told u need to check out, when i said tht normally all hotels hv 2 hrs difference between check in and check out then the manager talked to us rudely, when we said u gave room to us by 3pm, he said tht coz u wanted rooms on grd flr, howz tht arguement meaningful? Its their duties to keep room ready by 2pm and if they r delaying they hv to give us extra time to check out also we ordered tea at 9am they gave us by 10.15am. More then 1 hr for 1 tea.... More

    This place is really cool. The property though is old but nice place to relax. They serve only veg food but that us too good. Hospitality is superb. The manager who has recently joined Uzair is really helpful and always available for any queries and concerns. He will take good care of yours. Infact we visited this place for the second time only because of kind of service we got from Uzair. Staffs are cooperative. Book a suite room as its spacious.     finding genuine customer service is nothing less than treasure island game. they have given the apt name to their resort

    i am generally like any other very tolerable Indian customer, but my latest experience at the resort pushed me to write few tareef for the very deserving team. booked villa of 5000 per day rent for single day only to enter the room where shelfs in room and bathroom were loaded with dust and cobwebs. tea bag was kept in the open so that you can taste not only tea but also surrounding dust. no courtesy to refill even that since they give you only 2 such things. TV in the bathroom was not even connected. you are supposed to wash your feet in the so called bath tub which is also apparently used for taking shower and chilling otherwise as well. this bath tub had stains of soap etc all over the sides. you will find a part of the tap water spilling out of the basin thanks to the unique stone design and base provided. when you come to such villas, you definitely want to enjoy the open environs which was not the case - thanks to the glass door which was royally stuck, trying too hard would have ensured broken glasses and some serious wounds. asked for water the next day just before check-out and got the reply - par aap toh check out kar rahe hein. so that means you cannot feel thirsty just because you are moving out. vacant restaurant during lunch and dinner time is enough a testimonial of their sky touching rates. one bread costs 100 bucks. seriously. they prefer to make their guests sweat inside since turning on AC costs some money but wont serve them outside and if they do so, you need to pay 20% extra. best is yet to come. please check their website which mentions free WiFi across all rooms. but when i asked for the password, got the reply that wifi is provided only in reception area. so it is expected that all guests need to pile up on each other since free wifi is a big reason to do so. i have personally never made an assumption like that. rains ans related elements can put off external phone systems like mtnl types but heard for the first time that their entire intercom was down and you are supposed to call some mobile number and also shell out money for doing that. my stay of technically 22 hours was nothing less than an adventurous treasure island game. all the best for the future daredevils who will attempt to survive in this resort....   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
