    Wonderful experience, Arrived in the morning and was thankful that hotel was willing to hold our bags until check in time in the afternoon. Each staff member throughout the weekend was polite and friendly. Hotel is super-close to bus station and center point to all tourist spots,convenient to everything . We stayed in the main building and found the whole experience super laid-back and easy. Will happily stay here again!! Special mentions to Owner i/C Aaqib who was down to earth is recommending us about the places around, Also Prakash,Jefferson & Viso was so friendly throughtout our stay.     I paid Rs 2000 for a room and was allocated a room which do not even worth Rs500 Worst Hotel Room (No 30), i was allocated, with worst bed and the worst view from window. Never pay for this hotel online, you can check the room and pay the amount.... More

    I booked through Travelguru. This is worst hotel that I ever experienced in my life. Not having a simple amenities. It looked like once upon a time it was one of the best hotel in ooty. I got strange how the travelguru set it as good hotel( rating 3.5). If I did not pay the amount on the booking time, I will NOT stay in the hotel for free. There was not basic amenities inthe hotel..     We checked in this hotel around 4pm, could not find it easily. Even auto driver had to call in their local language to find this hotel. Reception was not charming at all. In the voucher, it was written we will be offered complimentary mineral water bottle & cookies basket!!!! Nothing was offered at all!!!! so weird! Then we went to our room which was old fashioned BUT BEDS were quite wide which we felt ok for family of 4 members. Regarding bathroom, it was okay but there was NO JET in western commode, which was very disappointing. No bath towels/ soaps were there, we had to request them by going downstairs to reception as there was no phone connection but phone was there!!!! Reception person said technician will come tomorrow to fix the phone, very disappointing.There was attached restaurant which was not functional!!! I would not recommend this hotel. Only teenagers may stay for a day or two.... More

    Room is okay. Room service is not up to the mark. You have to ask evey thing. staff is okay. Food is okay but not as we wish. Room are cheap prices and okay. If you are here for more then 3-4 days is good. I am not happy with the cab service. The driver take advantage if you want to go other then site seen. We have booked the cab for all day but he has taken extra 400 bucks to drop at bus station. ... More

Overview

This brand new budget property feature light coloured walls and is located near to the Ratan Tata Guest House. There are 10 guestrooms maintained with the necessary amenities and wooden furniture. Guests can avail the 24hours room service facility and also access the Internet dial-up facility, and stay connected during the stay. The property is also maintained with free parking facility.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
