It turned out I booked this hotel directly via email.... at a price of 1250 rupees/night. By accident I found out later,if I had booked it through TA, it would have been 1050/night. I had stayed 3 nights thus losing 600 rupees. While not a huge amount of money, I think it is the principle of the thing. When I discussed this with the owner, he denied that his property was listed, even though I showed him a picture of his hotel on the site! I say, give the Tordi Haveli a failing grade of D!
Reached early. No entry. The end.

Denied my request to refund as i was not staying
Yatra denied it too. As they already had my money.

I stay in Jaipur itself and have accommodated my guests almost 7-8 times in this property till now.
Location- 7kms from railway station and located centrally in the market around but sight seeing places are a little away from the hotel.
Property- The owner has always been helpful in accommodating the guests at any time and has been considerable always in giving a good deal all the times.
Rooms are small but neat and clean with beautiful balcony. The Royal paintings of the wall at reception and most areas make it really pleasing.
Recent addition has been of a small but personal restaurant with authentic Rajasthani veg/Nonveg food in the menu ( yet to taste though) with amazing interiors.
I would highly recommend this as a budget hotel with comfortable stay for all those looking for a place to stay in Jaipur.
Well, it worked for us...

Stayed there for three days around Holi. The cleaners/helpers were polite. They even invited us to play holi with them. Where the hotel lacks is proper management. We had to constantly remind them about the fact that we need blankets and pillows. Also, the buffet breakfast was less than satisfactory.
In a nutshell, it is a good place if you are not the fussy kind. And for the price, it makes a lot of sense.
