    Dirty bathroom, thumping music, dinner after an hour

    Really poor hotel. Checked in to be told that our keys were not working, when entering the room, it smelt of cigarette smoke, the toilet had urine and fecal stains all around it and nothing cleaned under the bed either. Everything feels dirty and grimy. Ordered dinner, which arrived after an hour (with a couple of calls in between to tell me that the first dish, then the second dish was not available). Now thumping music at 1030 at night from function upstairs. Only good part was that breakfast was good, and the person serving it very friendly..... More

    poor service on a family function

    We planned a small family function for around 40 people in January,2017 on the 5th floor hall of tivoli cititel. Tivoli is a reputed brand name and hence we paid more price per plate than that were offered to us by other nearby banquets. Although taste of food was up to the mark, we were really disappointed by the service. It looked as if they were saving the snacks for some other purpose. The availability was very less. Tea was also on the menu and we had specifically instructed the manager that tea should be served frequently as most of the guests were aged. Most of us were not served tea even after repeatedly ordering it. We told them 2-3 times to serve soup to a group of 5 people seated for lunch. It never came. It felt really embarrasing.... More

    Pretty Cozy property amidst the craziness

    Stay: 18th October 2016 to 19th October 2016 Booking: OYO Rooms Review: Value for Money: Booked from OYO Rooms for INR 2,812/- for a night (pretty decent bargain with a 25% discount). The room [308] was on the third floor of the building which had a room adjoining 309 with a door separating the two rooms (thus the noise of the other room could leak over). Service Quality: Good. The hotel is sparsely staffed and is accommodating in every sense of the word. A warm greeting everytime you are around makes you feel the hospitality. Prompt arrangements are catered to. Food & Drink: Being located in Lajpat Nagar you can expect traffic most times of the day/night. The hotel has a restaurant area. The food is served hot with a fixed menu. The food is pretty filling though I would not recommend trying the south indian food. Location: Was on a solo trip for an interview so was occupied most of the day. However, there are lots of food options nearby with Dominos/KFC being most promptly visible. If you want to try the local fare, walk a little, get that appetite going and you'll be rewarded. Amenities: There is WI-Fi connection. AC is cool and comforting (also centralised) you can chill the room as much as you require. There is 24x7 hot water. Cleanliness: The rooms are kept clean, fresh or extra towels are replaced/kept as and when you call the reception.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
