    The rooms were ok but location was difficult... I have booked this for my brother who was in kolkata for a short business trip...no complains other than the receptionist missed out on the discounted rate got from go ibibo points & asked for a higher amount but upon enquiring the same was sorted. Also please charge less for food....your category of hotel cannot charge so higher for food...average hotels should have average food rates... The dinner was too costly as informed by my brother.....     Manager was polite. Room aesthetics not bad, for something like 500 rupees a night through a flight discount voucher at mmtrip. Mosquito attacks are another story. Looks like the managment are happy when guests leave with dengue or MDR malaria. else why aren't repeated requests to change a defunct all-out repellent not heeded. We bought our own from a store in the hood. A louvred bathroom window seems to be the source of all the mosquito blitzkrieg in our room. Food was tasty for dinners and lunch, considering the dish we ordered comes from West Bengal's national delicacy - machli. Everything else needs a lot of improvement. Staff are unprofessional and like somewhat said earlier appear to be an agrarian lot. Phone does not work. WE were handed a room next to an elevator that works only between 10PM to 6AM on all 3 nights that we stayed. A/c works but is a noisy window model way back into the future from 1975 apparently. Shower head appears to sputter from something stuck inside it. Could be the mosquitos, who knows. Enough said.. this hotel is not for me. Could it be right for u?... More

    Please don't go in this hotel. 1. Staff is not for hotel, they seems like farmers in field, 2. Food takes more then 1 hours for each preparation. 3. staff lives in the hotel like they are owner of hotel . 4. Food Clearance was kept from morning to next morning but no one bother to remove this. 5. their is no option of veggies only breads toast in breakfast. Wonder of my life:- we ask for match box twice with in 25 minutes, each time they said we need to get from out side .after not receiving it i went down stairs about match box , i saw general Manager and his all staff are gossiping and sitting in sofa. they again said it will take 10 minutes then i went out side and get the match box. feels shame to choose this hotel . this was my worst hotel stay ever . Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
