    Worst experience with Five Star Rated Hotel

    Though there is no doubt about the Quality of Environment and Cleanliness of Hotel, important thing is about their worst Service. I stayed at Hotel for 1 Night and a day for a marriage function in December. After 2 days of check out I called Hotel for forgotten Dress of my Daughter. And experience is as follow... 1) 25th Dec 2019 @ 08:16 pm - No buddy picked up the Phone 2) 25th Dec 2019 @ 08:20 pm - Mr. Sagar attended the call and he said he will inform his Lost &Found team and that team will call me within short time. 3) 25th Dec 2019 @ 10:00 pm - There is no call till 10:00 pm from Hotel so I called again - while speaking with the lady who was picked up my call without any information she has transferred my call to another department and then Mr. Sagar came online. Mr. Sagar said he has informed his Lost and Found team and team said they will revert by Next Day ie. 26th Dec 2019 4) 29th Dec 2019 @ 11:38 am - Lady has transferred the call to Mr. Shivam and again I explained him full story. He said me Just be online and after that there was pin drop silence for 2 minutes. Suddenly again I heard phone ringing it means Mr. Shivam said me to hold and without any information he has Transferred the call to some one else. The person who picked up the call said, "hello hello yes yes" then I asked his name , He said his Name is Nandkumar. Then he asked me about my concern and asked my all details again. He said Mr. Shivam has directly transferred the call and he has not given any details about my concern. He said please give me only 5 Minutes and he will call me back. I have given my mobile number for future contact but unfortunately I am still awaiting call from the Hotel.... More

Overview

Surrounded by greenery, this contemporary 5Star hotel with 11 floors is located near to the famous ABC Farms and close to the airport by 4.5kms. There are 277 guest rooms and suites to choose from. Guests can savour World cuisine at any of the interesting dining outlets, namely Daily Treats, a Delicatessen for a Western cuisine, Kangan for an Indian cuisine, and Prego for an Italian fare. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
