Nice and peacefull stay

Stayed for 2 days in 2nd week of Dec 2017, so had pleasant weather in Goa. Reached resort around 3pm after long drive from Pune... since it is in South Goa, you need to drive another 60 to 70 KMs more, but I felt staying in Patnem is worth it.. Very calm and peaceful beach just like any other south goa beaches.
Check-In process was very smooth, however there is no one to help us in moving luggage to room, so did a self work there.
booked 2 bedroom apartment, which was new compare to actual resort, so we liked the interiors and the house layout, they have exclusive kitchen with all utensils, dining area, living area with 2 bedrooms, it is very similar to a 2BHK apartment.
Resort has small swimming pool area, where not more than 2 people can swim and that's it. no other play area for kids. they have on pool (billiards) in restaurant area, however it has its own limitations :)... this did not bothered us as we were in Goa and enjoyed most of time in beach.
had breakfast (which is included in our room plan) and the spread was not so great.. very limited buffet, however we enjoyed the taste.

I was in a room on the 3rd floor but had recently had a knee operation. The lady and gentleman moved me to a room with a lift . And make sure you have the breakfast it's basic but plenty of choice to help yourself with and eggs to order
Over my expectations

After so much confusion i decided to stay in a resort instead of beach huts as they are too costly now days and hotel did not embarresed me. I booked standard the cheapest room.. but god.. living area along with everything everthing like towels dental kit.. soap shampoo.. i did not expect this much good size of the rooms and room amenities. Definatky value for money and need to to find on google....its right on the main road near to the beach. Special thanks to santosh who sent msg one on check in and out time with contact details. Cheers
Great little hotel for the money in a good location

Travelled Nov 2017 with a family member. My first visit to India.
1) The hotel - there's a small lift servicing all 4 floors. Surprised at how large the hotel rooms are. Furniture and furnishings a little tired maybe, but for the amount of time you spend in your room it was perfectly adequate. Large bathroom was very good. Good shower, complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Housekeeping kept everywhere very clean. Room cleaned every day and towels changed. We were disturbed a couple of nights in the small hours by some VERY noisy guests. This wasn't the hotel's fault - just inconsiderate fellow guests!
2) Breakfast options.....there was always roti or naan bread; and an Indian option (either a daal or chickpea dish; plus a vegetable dish (cauliflower or potato); some days onion bhajis); there was porridge every day, and fresh fruit (always watermelon, plus sometimes pineapple or papaya); also fruit juice (mainly mango, occasionally watermelon). There was an omelette station, plus toast. Restaurant manager and staff really helpful and attentive.
Can't comment on dinner menu as we didn't eat at the hotel.
3) Location....Hotel is situated about a 5-10 min walk from Patnem Beach (20 min walk to Palolem Beach or a 5 min tuktuk ride for 100 INR). Take a torch for night time!
We travelled to Candolim but preferred Patnem/Palolem so rang the Tubki and booked back in for the rest of our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to return to the Tubki. It suited us very well.
