    The location of the hotel is near to the Palolem and Patnem Beach. The resort is truly value for money with decent facilities. The swimming pool is good. The breakfast spread is also quite good. The 2 bedroom apartments are old and not very well maintained. The standard and the deluxe rooms are more comfortable and well maintained.... More

    Apartments in need of refurbishment!

    On arrival, in the early hours, the receptionist checked us in provided us a card with information about the area and arranged for us to be taken to our room, apart from showing us the A.C.control nothing else was explained by the 2nd person. On entering the room we were disappointed, this did not resemble the many photos we had reviewed before choosing this resort. The room had a strong damp smell, the furnishings were basic and dated, the apartment was not as clean as we would have expected on arrival, the kitchen was not fit for purpose. There was a large balcony with no furniture! The apartments, including communal areas, are in need of refurbishment. I understand that the rooms in the main block are of a higher standard but I did not view these. The next day we complained and asked for a move, either to room or another apartment. Despite being told there was no other available accomodation for a few days there was available accomodation online for the dates I required, the receptionist could not explain this! We were moved to another apartment at the front of the building a few days later which was marginally better. Breakfasts were mediocre (the egg station was reasonable) with little change during our stay. The pool area had few sunbeds. There were several powercuts but no backup generator for the apartment block. The WiFi in the room was reasonable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The final straw was when I settled my account paying by card the receptionist converted the balance to £ (at a poor exchange rate) without consultation. When I challenged him he claimed this was the norm, I paid my deposit by card and was charged in local currency, and there was no manager available to discuss this with me! I cannot recommend....     We had a 2 bed apartment, it was ok, needs a freshen up and a bit of a deep clean. The showers and bathrooms were very small and we hardly had much room. The kitchen area could have been better equipped as it only had a fridge.The staff were helpful and friendly, but unless it has a bit of a freshen up I would not stay here again. ... More

    Stayed here during the First week of October. Very Nice stay..although cannot be called a resort.Hospitality at it's best. Clema and James were outstanding people to call out. Worth the money paid. 5 mins walk to Patnem beach. They arranged us cab to go to Dudhsagar falls and bike for local travel. Recommended.... More

    I along with my family went to Goa in the month of September 2019. I stayed in Tubki Resort. Resort was amazing. Staffs are very good starting from reception to room service. There are 24 neat and clean rooms with a balcony to enjoy the blissful surroundings. Designed in typical Goan style, this hotel also has Basuri, a multi-cuisine restaurant and bar, a swimming pool to enjoy refreshing dip and free car parking space for the guests to park their private vehicles. Guests can avail of Wi-Fi facility but only in the public areas.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 01 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 01 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
