    We booked through booking.com £45 for a twin room with en suite. The room was basic, very basic but very clean. The bathroom was tiny but adequate. Shower gel ad soap were provided. If you want to watch TV you need to put a £5 deposit on a remote control. Likewise for a hairdryer. The free wifi worked n arrival but the password wasn't recognised in the morning. If you wanted breakfast it was £4.50, we didn't have it but it looked nice. There was free tea/ coffee on request. Excellent value for £45. Good location too.... More

    I had an overnight stay in London and looked for an inexpensive, last minute room near Victoria Station in London. I ended up booking this hotel, and I didn't regret it.     I don't require much....

    I have very few expectations when booking an economy hotel, but there are limits. I stayed at the Belgrave House Hotel from 11/22/17 through 11/29/17. The heat in my room did not work my entire stay. Two days after I reported the problem, a man came to my room, bled the radiator lines and left. There was no improvement in the heating situation, and the only way to stay warm was to be under the covers. The television did not work properly; I'm guessing it was satellite television and it was windy. This left me with perhaps three station that were watchable. O.K, so who spend that much time watching television in London? The spring mattress was the thinnest I've ever encountered. This was a bit of a problem as I have lower back issues. I did not complain as I reminded myself this was an economy hotel. The location was great and the staff friendly, but this was not enough to compensate for the above shortcomings. No one should have to be cold in their hotel room.... More

    Booked this hotel for a weekend away and the price was quite average for a Fri/Sat night. The hotel is nice and clean enough, but the front desk were a little unwelcoming- not an issue for us as we were barely going to be in the hotel! Biggest con was probably the bathroom- I’m 5 foot tall and relatively small in stature but I could barely fit - great for multitasking however as everything is within arms reach. Brilliant location- stop here for a great range of bars/restaurants and Victoria Station is only 5 mins away! ... More

    This was a bucket list trip to London and I was traveling alone. I was a little hesitant about booking here but I trusted other Trip Advisor reviews and I am so happy I did! I stayed in a “tiny room” and it was perfect for me. I am a smaller female and I was completely comfortable. This may not be the case for larger guests, as the bed and en suite bath are quite small, hence the “tiny room” description. The location could not be more convenient. Literally a 7 minute walk to Victoria Station, where you can catch the Underground or bus to anywhere you want to get to. The location is friendly and I felt safe walking to and from the station, pubs and shops at all times. The staff was attentive and courteous and the property was very well tended and clean. Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
