Sumptuous Bengali Lunch prepared by Chef Nilanjan, Chef Sarabjit and Chef Sukanya

We learnt from Chef Nikanjan that we could order for any bengali dish that we wish and they will be happy to prepare the same for us. Tempted by the offer we decided to go for it. We ordered for sona mug dal with peas, laal sag, fried morola maach, bekti fish curry, ridgegourd posto and Chusir pitha. Taj has employed homemakers as chefs for preparing regional specialities and here we had lip smaking food prepared by Chef Sukanya. All the dishes were prepared to perfection and we had a wonderful berry and tomato chutny which tasted out of the world. Good to know that Vivanta by Taj Kolkata is doing lot of customizations and innovations.

It was nice to stay here. Food Quality quite ok . Behaviour of some stuff really very polite. Must mention Alamgir who was really helpful. Hotel ambience also quite familiar and room service was really appreciated.

We stayed here from last 6 days for training purpose conducted by our organization.Very nice ambience & specially the pool side and gym is also good.Food was delicious, varieties were there.Specially want to talk about a staff named Alamgir,who is very much cooperative.

Very good arrangements. Staffs are friendly. Banquet hall very nice. Foods are nice. Need and clean. Alamgir one of the best staff in this hotel. Any conference they can made very nice. Overall experience was good.
