    October 15, 2017 - We booked two rooms at FabHotel Magnus Star on Booking.com. We received booking confirmation. Our flight is on Dec 7th, 2017 Dubai - Pune December 2, 2017 - Keshav from FabHotels emailed us requesting to confirm our hotel booking. December 3, 2017 - Replied to Keshav's email TWICE CONFIRMING our booking. December 3, 2017 - Received an email from Fabhotels stating that our booking is CANCELLED. No explanation provided. December 3, 2017 - Wasted AED 150 on international calls to FabHotels only to get the worst possible customer experience on the planet. NOONE was helping. Finally, a female customer service rep told us that their rooms are under maintenance so they had to cancel our booking and they cannot offer any other room at their hotel because they are fully booked. FOUR DAYS AWAY FROM FLYING TO PUNE AND THEY CANCEL OUR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION. Another customer service rep guy Ujjwal offered a cheap 3-star hotel alternative located 3 km away from Pune International Airport. We booked at a 4-star property at a prime location in Pune and they offer us this rubbish in return. How is this acceptable? December 4, 2017 - With absolutely NO help from this horrible management, we had to book at another hotel and ended up paying TWICE the amount because it was a last-minute booking. This hotel chain appears to be very unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you plan on booking your stay in advance - it's better avoided and you might end up spending twice as much !... More

    I stayed on 11.11.2017 to 12.11.2017 for 1 night. Rooms are very clean hats off to House Keeping Team. Also, Break-Fast is very super. Especially Double Egg Omelette. Big Boiled (Warm) Eggs. Pav Bhaji. Fruit cuts, fresh Water Melon Juice. Tea was Awesome still I can smell the aroma of Adrak (Ginger & Elaichi). Rooms are very spacious & Clean. Very Hot Water. AC is very powerful. The bed is Extraordinary comfortable Only I have one complaint regarding room is they don't provide bath mat because of which after shower all room get wet. Room Tip book overlooking the entrance.     Stayed at this serviced apartment for a night with colleagues. Fantastic location for business travelers in the city center. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with basic amenities, including a small pantry. The rooms have a very premium feel to them, although the bathrooms are tiny and feel cramped. A-la-carte dinner was okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. It was strange to learn that they did not have ice - even when we said we were ready to pay for it. However, the service certainly improved after we had a word with the manager. He promptly apologized and said it was due to shortage of staff on account of an event being organized at the hotel. Breakfast had a very good spread and was nice. Surely value-for-money!... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
