    It's one of the best hotel with approachable distance from airport. Ccomplememtry pick up offered. Food server here is of good quality and breakfast ( complementry one ) is like topping on the cake . Proper guidance was provided from the reception for visiting different Pandals during Surga Pooja. Location has became a big advantage for me during this visit. I have stayed here several times. During monsoons, approach to airport requires more time due to water logging problem.... More

    The hotel is situated in prime place in Kolkata . Reception is Good. Room is too small and will greet you with an Old window AC with grueling sound . Fan in the room also will create a lot of Rap music . Bed Sizes are too small . Toiletries are available in the dingy washroom probably manufactured with the lowest quality. Breakfast spread is so so . But , I got a nicely embedded hair in the bread slice , which I think baked also . This will tell you the Quality Consciousness of the Hotel Management . Never to stay here in my life.... More

    Rooms Need Urgent Renovation

    This Hotel is located just Opposite to the Salt Lake Stadium, right next to the Charnock City Mall and is situated very close to the Em Bypass so it is very easy to communicate to any part of the city. I stayed at this Hotel From June 14 th to 15 th 2016 for a day and the Check in was swift but as soon as i entered the room I could see that all the fixtures and furnishings were a bit old and they required to be renovated immediately.I was given a Single Bed Room [Room No.304] and the bed was very small and the bathroom was just about Ok.I paid around Rs.1900 for this Room. I ordered Breakfast [Aloo Paratha, Dahi,Pickle,orange Juice and Coffee - Rs.190] and Dinner [ Nasi Goreng and Darshan with Ice Cream] inside my room and they were both tasty.Also the next day morning I tried the Complementary Breakfast and most of the items tasted very nice. The best things about this Hotel are its Great Location and its Food.Also the service was good.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
